My permanent card, which I have had for two years, has not been updated to the IRS as it should have been after the temporary account expired and fees were deducted. I need to fix this issue quickly to receive my funds and avoid homelessness for myself and my kids. We were served an eviction notice stamped by a court, and we were supposed to have already moved out. My in-laws have found a place, but we are unable to join them as we are stuck. They are ready to move, and I am on the verge of losing my truck, which I was relying on. I thought Republic would assist me, but I am unable to access my account to make updates or changes. I was given contact numbers to get help, but I have not had any success reaching anyone.

Hello, I appreciate your assistance with the issue I am currently facing. I have been a Serve account holder for some time now. A year ago, I activated it to receive my [redacted] tax refund, which unfortunately didn't work out due to owing money to my local government. Recently, I received an email notifying me of a $[redacted] balance from the stimulus funds. I downloaded the mobile app recently but mistakenly entered the wrong account number with the last digit as a 2 instead of 5. As a result, I now have an account linked to a non-existent card. I've attempted to re-enter the correct account number, but the app is not letting me override the initial entry. My main goal for using the app was to transfer funds to my spouse. I've tried changing my username and password while attempting to correct the account information but have been unsuccessful. If possible, could you either delete my current online account ending in the number 2 or correct it by changing the 2 to a 5? Any necessary actions are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support.

I encountered an issue accessing my Amex Serve account where my stimulus money was deposited. Even though I have my routing and account numbers for direct deposit, I am unable to login without my debit card number. I need help retrieving my username/password to access my funds.

I have been unable to access my (American Express Serve) account for over a week after mistakenly entering the wrong PIN. Despite calling customer service over 20 times, I have not been able to reach a human as I get transferred through the automated system or disconnected. I even emailed Serve tech support, but when they called me back, I missed the call and now my case is closed without me actually speaking to anyone. My money is still on the card, but I cannot use it due to being locked out. I just want to regain access to my card. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I made two payments using my Milestone credit card on 4-6 and 4-9. The first payment isn't appearing on my AMEX account, but it's on the credit card statement. I'm positive I used my Amex for both payments because my Long-Term Disability plan deposit usually arrives around the 6th of every month. I can't reach Amex now, and I'm puzzled about the missing payment and the nonexistent transaction on 4-6-20 on my Amex Serve card statement. I feel like they might be hiding something.

I'm having trouble registering due to a password conflict. The error message is vague, and I haven't received the confirmation email. The phone lines are overwhelmed, making it hard to reach them. I just want to get a prepaid debit card without all this hassle.

I received an email from AmEx Serve, a company I have been a customer of for a long time and whose card I have been using well before the Impact Stimulus situation. They informed me that if I am eligible for the stimulus, which I am, it can be directly deposited into my Serve account. The IRS portal indicated that my stimulus payment was scheduled to be deposited into my Serve account today, April 22, [redacted]. Despite this, the Serve app and website are redirecting me back to the IRS portal for information. I am unsure who to trust or what steps to take next, especially with the limited customer service options due to COVID-19. It is frustrating to be left in the dark during such uncertain times.

I received an email from AmEx Serve, for whom I have been a long-time customer and have been using their card way before the current stimulus situation. They mentioned that I am eligible for the Impact Stimulus and can have it directly deposited into my Serve account. The IRS "Get My Payment" portal indicated that my stimulus was scheduled to be deposited into my Serve account on April 22, [redacted]. Both the Serve app and website directed me back to the IRS portal for information. With hours left in the day, I am hopeful the deposit will still come through today. It is a frustrating situation, and I wish AmEx Serve would provide more direct communication to reassure customers during this time of uncertainty. I am eager to see the funds in my account.

I am having trouble logging into my account online and on the app. It keeps saying my password is incorrect. Even when I try to reset it by entering my card and security answer, it still tells me it's wrong, even though I know it's right. I no longer have access to the email address associated with the account. I have been contacting customer service for assistance for three weeks with no success. My income tax return and stimulus payments will be deposited to this card, but I am unable to access it. I need to confirm if the card is still active.

I recently received my permanent American Express Serve card in the mail and attempted to activate it online, but was informed that I had made too many activation attempts and needed to contact customer service. When I tried to call, I encountered a high volume of calls and was unable to reach a representative as the call was disconnected. I just received the card and have been struggling to activate it. I urge American Express Serve to improve their customer service accessibility and provide a smoother activation process, as the app directs users to call customer service and vice versa. I simply want assistance in activating my card and accessing my funds.

Hello, I am Kevin Clarke. I recently noticed unfamiliar transactions on my AMEX Serve account purportedly from a deceptive company posing as a credit entity. I did not authorize these transactions and believe them to be fraudulent. I wish to dispute them and request a refund for the following: - (2) Store purchase CREDIT SCORE CHOICE transactions on 4/30/20 and 5/1/20, both amounting to $39.90 each. The transaction ID's are TPHW768QDY and H5GW9WHKC8, respectively. - Another transaction from a company pretending to be Experian.com labeled "Store purchase EXPERIAN CREDIT REPORT" for $21.95 on 4/24/20 with transaction ID I84DRMIUIX. I am concerned about the frequency of these charges, seemingly occurring every other day. I urge prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Kevin Clarke Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] Phone: [redacted]

I purchased a temporary Serve card to buy a wood chisel from Amazon. Unfortunately, the tool was defective, and Amazon agreed to refund me $[redacted].26 and let me keep the broken chisel. However, I lost the temporary card before registering it, and now I only have the last 4 digits - [redacted]. I requested Amazon to allow me to link the refund to a registered card, but they refused and returned the money to the original payment method. Since then, I have faced continuous issues because I lack information on the lost Serve card. I have struggled with no proof or refund for over two months. Multiple phone calls have ended abruptly or with apologies, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. Can someone please assist me in resolving this matter?

I am struggling to activate my card to get my tax refund and stimulus payments. I have received 3 new cards, but each time I try to activate one online, I face an error message. The customer service line provided has a recording saying they are too busy to take my call, leaving me disconnected. I am in urgent need of the money on the card and cannot find another way to reach them. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email informing me that my Amex Serve account has been permanently suspended due to a violation of terms of service. However, I have been using the card the same way for the past 6 years, with direct deposits of my income and my wife's unemployment benefits. I suspect fraudulent activity on my account is the reason for this sudden suspension. I am willing to part ways with Amex, but I have over $[redacted] in the account that I am unable to access. Despite my attempts to contact customer service immediately, the system repeats that my account is suspended and disconnects the call. I am unsure of my next steps.

I am trying to access my account online, but I am locked out. I have been checking my balance through the teleservice by inputting my social security number as I can't recall my account number. However, the system now says I do not exist. I have been using this method since April, awaiting the deposit of my economic relief check on the 15th of April. I am unsure if I still have an account or not, but I need to know to locate my check. The bank's teleservice advises me to contact the IRS, while the web portal instructs me to confirm the deposit with the bank. Despite checking regularly, there is no pending deposit showing. It seems like my social security number is now considered non-existing.

I recently had funds deposited into my account under a different name, which caused my account to be suspended. Despite multiple calls to customer service, I was given conflicting information about when my account would be unlocked. Initially, I was informed that it would be resolved in 1 to 2 business days. However, after numerous follow-ups, nothing has been done. I was promised an email to the legal team, which never happened. Now, I am being told to wait for a call back for an update. I am frustrated as the issue remains unresolved beyond the promised timeframe. I urgently need this matter to be fixed and my deposit to be available as originally assured.

I have a large, one-time deposit of $39,[redacted] arriving at my American Express Serve account tomorrow. I noticed that the maximum monthly deposit allowed is $2,[redacted] according to their FAQs. This concerns me about whether they will accept the deposit or charge an excessive fee, despite the yearly limit of $[redacted],[redacted]. I urgently need clarification from AmEx Serve and to make any necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth transaction upon deposit arrival. I also seek information on the clearance timeline and when the funds will be accessible. I have been on hold with the [redacted] number for over 2 hours now. Despite an initial connection with an agent, the poor call quality led to a promised transfer to a supervisor that I am still waiting for. I am hesitant to disconnect and start the process over, anticipating a potential disconnection due to long hold times. Any prompt assistance on this issue is greatly appreciated. It is disappointing that live chat support is not available in this era. Thank you.

I have two issues that need attention. Firstly, there was an identity theft incident in January [redacted] involving a sum of around $90. I am requesting the reimbursement of this amount to be credited back to my account. Secondly, during my last conversation with a customer service representative, I asked for bank statements dating back four months to be either mailed or emailed to me. Unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed promptly. Lastly, as a former student, I should be receiving promotional rewards on my original Blue Serve card which is connected to American Express Serve. I believe I am owed a substantial amount in rewards considering the investments I have made with this card. The current rewards balance I see is only $2.00, which is disappointing. Additionally, I have not received three important packages despite being charged for them. Once the outstanding bank statements are provided, I intend to pursue refunds from the respective companies. I am concerned about the security of my funds and am keen to understand the process to prevent me from considering switching to another debit card provider. Furthermore, I am adamant about not incurring fees to reload my American Express Serve card as I've been a victim of identity theft before and am seeking proper restitution.

I recently made a purchase at Target, a large national retailer similar to Walmart, for $71.51. Unfortunately, when I checked my AE Serve transaction history, I noticed they charged me $81.31 along with an additional charge of $9.60. I did not authorize this $9.60 purchase. I visited Target with my receipt, and after they checked their system, they confirmed that they only charged me $71.51. When I contacted AE Serve customer service, they claimed the $9.60 charge was a mandatory 20% hold for incidentals. Target did not initiate this charge; it was done by American Express. AE Serve explained that the remaining money would be returned to my account in about 7 days. Despite my urgent need for the extra $19 for gas and food, AE Serve would not release the funds early. I unsuccessfully tried to resolve this with two managers over a 2-hour call. I'm frustrated that my money is being held for an incidental charge that Target did not apply. It's distressing that I have no recourse and may be left without transportation or food.

I'm having trouble contacting American Express National Bank, where I have my account. They don't offer email support, and every time I call, I reach an automated system. I've requested to speak to a live representative but have received no assistance. My payroll, which I normally receive on Thursdays, hasn't been posted to my Serve Card account. I'm looking for help from a live representative urgently to resolve this issue. I value my banking experience with Amex Serve and wish to address the missing funds from my recent $[redacted].19 payroll deposit. Despite my employer claiming the money was deposited, I can't see the transaction. I need to establish what happened to the funds promptly.
