Ok I did my taxes with American Express serve on February **th **** ok they gave me a temporary card and the original one with be sent in the mail well on February **th **** I went to court and signed a plea for * years in the department of corrections well my roommate was suppose to return all my belongings to my family's house my belongings contained clothes paperwork and personal information well he never returned them well I was released of the department of corrections on September **th **** and I was hoping to come home to my tax money witch was *,***.** well I come to find out my belongings was never returned and my American Express card with my tax return was used... so contacted the police to file a police report n identity report and then I filed a dispute with American Express and was denied so now I'm trying something else I don't know why they keep denying me when I'm providing documents proving that I was in prison at the time of the transaction so I don't understand why I keep getting denied... I got all my documents still showing when I was first incarcerated and when I was released so if u need that please let me know when you respond back to me I really need this money I'm having financial problems right now I got evicted from my house and I need my money so i can use that for a down payment on a house or apartment I also found a lawyer that's gonna file a lawsuit on American Express for not wanting to pay me there's a correct name for that thank you for your help
