I called about my American Express serve card and the unauthorized transactions on my account I repeated my self over and over again I don’t limit use lyft or Uber American Express serve card is not allowed in lyft or Uber as I’m aware of I called multiple times and only one person told me something good but it was complete bull **** i was told to wait ** days and I will receive some to sign in the mail I didn’t get any email I didn’t get anything I am highly disappointed with American Express I been a member since **** and this never happened to me in my life today I called and the lady transfer me over to hang up I called back no answer again I do not use lyft or Uber and I **** well don’t have a *** dollar iPhone my * cost *** or less y’all let’s some **** idiot take my money from y’all how the **** is that possible
