I was trying to figure out why do pass transactions whenI received a refund it was done within ** hours on past occasions now all of a sudden. Refund is under review I was told just earlier that it was going to be available March *th the lady I just talked to customer service just told me now it's available March *th so now they're pushing back the dates in order for me not to be able to receive my money that was refunded to me through the company's already this is outrageous I need help I want my **** money ... my issues with American Express serve is quite a few first of all this debit card is not accepted by anyone you can't use it anywhere it charges you so much money to use a ATM every time you use the car it's charging it supposed to give you cash back but I've never seen any cash back at all recently I made two purchases via PayPal and one of the transactions did not go through so I cancelled it the other one was refunded because I didn't need that service anymore I contacted customer service and he proceeded to tell me a sad because the transaction is still pending on their end I have to wait until it actually post to the account * days later a post to the account I attempt to call back they tell me okay I have to transfer you cheap billing department which took almost * hours to get through mind you this was at *:** in the morning so there's no reason why it should have took it that long when I was finally connected the supervisor proceeded to tell me Dad it was not posted it was still pending however I have receipts from PayPal and the other company saying otherwise I tried to give her the transaction numbers she wouldn't take them she kept saying it was pending and she said well you're going to have to wait * business days to get your money back because we have the processing my money was supposed to just be on hold and she's telling me all these different things that makes no sense I'm not understanding why if the purchase was canceled or never went through why do I have to wait for you to take your time so give me back my money I've done a couple of refunds before with them and they post within one to two days so the fact that she decides what we need to further investigated is ridiculous she was very disrespectful and hung up in my face so now I am stuck with all my friends and no resolution I'm disgusted with this company I get direct deposit to this company and never again will I use this company I need help getting my money back because it's been refunded they just don't feel like posting it to the account. I want my money back totaling ***.**
I have a ** year old that's **** March *th his funds are deposited directly to that card now because they're pushing dates back to give me my refund I'm unable to give him what he wanted for his birthday and convenience me I have bills and I'm a single mother this is disrespectful in the customer service agent couldn't even answer my questions I feel stuck
I want my money back and next month I will be using chime for the rest of the time that my son gets SSI disability because I can't have my money hung up on flaky workers that don't know what they're talkin about and don't know how to make a resolution to an issue for the customer
I've been receiving direct deposit to American Express serve for approximately six months I'm a good customer because I use their service and I don't disrespect them up until now this is disrespectful to me I put my money in here and I trust that this company would do me a favor by my money not give me bogus excuses as to why you can't refund me it's under review it can't even give me an explanation
at this point I'm feeling stuck I've talked to the supervisor I went online they told me I can't file a dispute because it's on it's on review due to their choice there's no explanation as to why they're pushing the days back that I can't get my money I'm stuck and I need help
