I bought a watch for my husband for Christmas on ********. I NEVER received any other response from the company that I purchased it except to tell me that the payment went through. I never received a tracking number i never received an email stating it was on its way. Zero correspondence after the initial payment email! So I also NEVER received the watch. I emailed the company *X before they responded to my emails and told me that the watch was sent out and the problem was resolved!? I then emailed them back explaining everything in the aforementioned paragraph. I have not received a follow up email from them and their phone number is literally ** *s long?! So I cannot contact them that way. I would like to dispute the charges and see from your company what my options are?! Please help I have nothing except less money in our account since purchasing air from these people. What are my options? What do I do?
