The issue in GetHuman-hzabrina's own words
******** went to **** main st Salinas Ca ***** *** ATM machine :*I went through the prompts requesting $***. No money was dispensed and the atm screen gave error message "invalid account type' *The receipt shows requested money of $***, but at the bottom of reciept it said 'account not found.' (See attached reciecpt) *Maybe i input the information incorrectly. Again I tried for lesser amount of $***. Same error message of 'invalid account type' no monies dispensed and receipt said same thing 'account not found.' (receipt attatched)* I checked my bank account and the $*** was deducted from my account! * I asked the clerk who said to call the **** on the machine . In doing so i filed a legal case with the atm company and sonia with the atm company said they will be sending out a technician. And she also advised to file a electronic dispute with my bank.*I called the amex serve ***.***.****. I couldnt reach a live person just recordings. This is a "****' number ive been using for almost *years now. **As their menu doesnt give an option to speak with an operator i called at least ** times throughout the night thinking thier system were down because it kept hanging up on me and there was no way to speak with a live person. .* At *am ******** i woke up and called again, same thing. This time i started randomly punching in numbers and with number the ** i was able to speak with customer service rep.*The rep. By the name of joshua who transfered me to brian in disputes. *He read the dispute process to me he said i will be recieving via email a dispute form to fill it out and send it back.*It is now ********. *I sent my own written dispute via email per brian.*I still have not recieved a form . Nor has the money been put back in my account. *I called again to confirm email dispute address and was told that i may fax the dispute not email. I have done so. *In looking at the receipts (attached) and geting technical they could always review the cameras at the atm and store NO MONEY WAS DISPENSED. WHERE IS MY $***??????!!!!
