I attempted to purchase an item through GameStop, but when I contact them they advise me that the order was cancelled because my American Express Serve acct didn’t go through. They advised me to re-order the item, but I can’t do that because it is still showing a HOLD for that amount ($***.**) on my acct. The order was placed on ***** so I’m not sure why it’s still showing a hold three days later.**I would like the hold to be reversed so that I can re-order and purchase this item. I don’t want to wait too long because this is a Black Friday sale item and the cost will go up soon.**Thank you,*Heather Payne
