Get refunded the money that was removed from my account dispit not receiving the funds from the atm ... I contacted the company almost a week ago. I tried to withdrawal funds from my local Wal-Mart. Instead I received a receipt stating there was an error and received no funds. I contacted the customer service number and the first day the consultant told me there were issues on their end they could see it had been charged to my account but that no funds were received and it would be replaced by *pm that day. Then I called since funds had not been put back into my account at which time they had me file a dispute. Ok why you said it would already be taken care of. Next day I call they tell me well I pushed the dispute through you need to check your email. Alright I have checked my email several times this week and the only thing I have seen is a conformation that I filed the disput. I really have not hard a good experience so far within a week of having my check direct deposited I have to deal with this. Then today I see I had a fee taken out for the month which was supposed to be waved since I have direct deposit. I feel this ordeal has drug out long enough and would greatly appreciate an expedient conclusion to this matter. This is the first check I have had in * weeks and I really can not afford for this money to be in limbo any longer.
I have been on hold a minimum of ** minutes a day just to try to contact someone to fix the problem. At this point it is everything left put of my check to put gas in to go to work and try to feed my children. This is day * of this and still not resolved.
Refund the money owed to me asap
Brand new account. Horrible start for a financial institution. As it is the worst experience I have had in ** years.
Emails,phone calls to both banks involved, letters written to no avail
