I've called * times with no results. The last time, ***, I was cut off after ** mins . *I have had fraud and on a fixed income its a big deal. *O applied for a loan and told I had to show good faith. They send me to Wal-Mart for a serve card **** ****** *****. After adding $*** I was told it was the wrong amount and he said I had to buy another card and load $***. Card **** ****** ***** was purchased. Then they asked for $*** in transfer fees for Nev. And I was told I would get back the $*** and my loan. The next day purchases showed up on both cards wiping out $*** total. I called Serve and was told to keep an eye on my cards for a refund. IT NEVER HAPPENED AND I CANT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME. My phone is ***.***.***** Please help. Barbara Reeth
