I was using a third party called Vitalchek to apply to get my sons birth certificate. He was born March **th,**** and he needs a birth certificate. I entered in all of the required information and when I was completely finished with the application and hit complete it stated that the address was incorrect associated with my card. I entered it in * more times (for a total of three times) and then gave up. I checked my balance and they charged me * times. I IMMEDIATELY called the company and they said without an order number there was nothing they could do. I explained that the application wasn’t complete due to the address being invalid but I was STILL CHARGED * TIMES. The amount was $**.** with a processing fee bringing the total to $**.**. I was charged $**.** * times for a total of $***.**. I have called the number on the back of my card but it is all automated. I need reimbursement.
