I am having an issue with a specific store, American Eagle. About a month ago, I applied for a job and scheduled an interview with an in-store manager after a week. Then, a week later, I received an email asking to schedule an interview, and I called to confirm. A manager mentioned the email should have been an offer email, and I expected to receive one shortly. However, it has been two weeks, and despite multiple calls, I have not received the offer. The lack of communication and delays from the management are frustrating. Each time I call, I am told to wait a few more days, and it is disheartening that despite being informed of an offer, I have not received it yet.

Good morning, We usually purchase all our school clothes from AE, and I have been eagerly awaiting the $40 off coupons that we typically receive around this time. Instead of receiving them by mail, I was informed by an AE store clerk that they are now being sent via email. As I work on a computer all day, I do not regularly check personal emails. I just saw that the coupons expired on Monday, Aug 20, and I am a little disappointed as I enjoy using them for my daughter's school clothes. While we can shop at other stores and use their coupons, I am unsure if there will be more coupons released soon so we can plan our shopping accordingly. I have two concerns to address. Firstly, my order for black ripped skinny jeans in size 8, crystal ice-colored skinny jeans in size 8, and a red shirt in size small has not arrived within the promised 3-5 business days. I attempted to use two birthday coupons while placing an order, however, after re-logging into my account, I noticed that both coupons had disappeared, resulting in an invoice that was $50 more expensive than anticipated. Currently studying abroad, I will not be able to return the items for a refund for another month. Unfortunately, I experienced technical difficulties with the live chat option on the website, and my phone is unable to make international calls. As a result, I was unable to cancel the order within the specified time frame. I kindly request assistance in canceling the order so I can apply my birthday discounts to a new order. Thank you.

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en la sucursal de Galerías Monterrey. Una empleada mostró una actitud prepotente al intentar hacer una devolución de prendas sin etiqueta. A pesar de explicar la situación, no recibí el trato esperado y consideré su comportamiento inadecuado para el servicio al cliente de American Eagle. Aunque siempre me ha gustado la atención en esta tienda, esta experiencia me ha hecho replantear volver a esa sucursal. Es frustrante no haber obtenido la devolución deseada y sentirme maltratado. I bought two pairs of jeans for my son for Christmas [redacted]. Unfortunately, both pairs have developed holes near the left inner side close to the buttocks. The durability of these jeans is disappointing compared to older ones he owns from American Eagle. Despite his age at 24, he is considering switching to buying Levi's instead.

Hola, mi nombre es Yadira A.C. Hace 13 días fui a la tienda en busca de regalos. Compré un pantalón para mi hijo con 50% de descuento y otro para mí con 30% de descuento. Hoy intenté cambiarlo pero no tenían la talla de mi hijo. Quise hacer una devolución, pero la gerente me dijo que solo podía darme una tarjeta de regalo, lo cual me parece injusto. Insistí en recibir un reembolso en efectivo ya que pagué en efectivo. Además, me llamó fraudulenta, lo cual considero una falta de respeto. Tengo los recibos para demostrar mis compras y demandé un trato digno como consumidora. Me siento discriminada por la persona que me atendió hoy. I made a purchase (#[redacted]) last Tuesday. I received an email today saying one of the two items I ordered has been shipped. Upon tracking, it shows the item has been delivered, but I found a pair of white Skinny jeans size 2 in the package instead. I ordered a mock neck bodysuit and MOM jeans size 4 regular. This mix-up is not acceptable, especially since I used a gift card for most of the payment. I need to know the next steps for returning these unwanted jeans.

Hello! On 10/15, I made a purchase, but unfortunately, I misplaced the order confirmation email and did not receive a receipt. The bikini top I bought was too big, so I returned it to an Aerie store. I then placed a new order for the same item and did an exchange in-store. Surprisingly, the new top was priced at $13.98, which is significantly lower than what I had originally paid. I'm wondering if there's a possibility to receive a refund for the price difference from my initial purchase. My son bought a pair of AE jeans a few months ago, which he loves because they fit him the best out of all his jeans. Today, he noticed a large tear in the top inseam of the right leg. We are both surprised by this since we always thought AE was a top-quality brand. Unfortunately, the tear is not on a seam, so it cannot be fixed. I don't expect anything to be done about it, but I wanted to share this experience. Looks like it's time to purchase a new pair. Hopefully, the next one will last longer.

I bought two men's reversible black-brown leather belts when school started in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, both belts have broken in the same spot. I am a regular shopper at this store, spending an average of over $[redacted] a year and have been a loyal customer for ten years. I recently tried to take advantage of the ongoing 40% off promotion, hoping to pay only $23 for a pair of jeans marked at that price. However, at checkout, the jeans rang up at $50, with no discount applied. I was disappointed as I wouldn't have made the purchase if I had known the true price. My attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful as I couldn't get through. Additionally, I found the music played while on hold to be quite unpleasant.

Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. On November 22nd, I placed an order and paid for 3-5 day shipping. However, there have been several errors in the delivery process. My account was charged, reversed, and then charged again for the leggings. Despite receiving an email stating that the package was delivered, I have not received it. I double-checked my address and information, which were correct. The leggings were intended as a gift, but I no longer need them due to the significant delay. I would appreciate a refund if possible.

Hello, I recently bought three pairs of jeans on the AEO official website during a sale. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered them in the wrong size. I am struggling to contact someone for help regarding my credit card. I have the card but never received a physical copy or a paper statement, making it impossible for me to create an account to pay off my balance. I am receiving daily payment reminders but I lack my account number, leaving me unable to make payments. Despite sending three emails, answering automated calls, and waiting on hold for 25 minutes with customer service, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I returned a pair of jeans for a smaller size and ordered another pair to be sent to my home since they didn't have the desired size in-store. I recently visited the Greensboro Four Seasons Mall in Greensboro, NC, to take advantage of a buy one, get one free promotion on jogger pants. However, I encountered an issue at the checkout. Despite both pairs of joggers being the same style but different colors, one rang up at $49.97 and the other at $29.97. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the cashier insisted the $29.97 price was incorrect and manually adjusted it to $49.97 before applying a 50% discount, making it $25 instead of the expected $14.50. I expressed my concerns, but the cashier refused to honor the promotion, claiming the joggers were meant for clearance. I reluctantly purchased the jogger priced at $29.97 and left feeling dissatisfied with the customer service received. I am contemplating returning the item due to the unpleasant experience.
