If you are looking to cancel an order go to the email with the purchase ID attached to it or within the email from Apple. You should be able to "Report" the purchase and therefore refund or cancel the purchase.

Hello there, I have accidentally placed an order of $** on american eagle clothes and I forgot that my mother’s card was connected to my account, so when I clicked check out i thought it would ask me for my address and my card information but it just said “order is placed “ and the card that was used was the incorrect one. I would please like help as soon as possible !
