My problem is not with a product but with a specific store. I applied to American Eagle about a month ago and in about a week scheduled an interview with an in store manager. A week after that I received an email asking to schedule an interview, so I called in to make sure everything was in order. One of the managers told me that the email I received was supposed to have been an offer email and to expect one in a couple of days. I put off my job hunt in anticipation of the offer email. It has now been * weeks and multiple phone calls, each time telling me it's going to take a few days. Really I am just frustrated with the management as each time I call no one seems to know anything or have any motivation to help me. Moreover, it is the fact that on multiple occasions I was told to expect an offer which has prolonged the process. I still have not received an email and am really not expecting one anytime soon
