On March **, **** I had an emergency. I was in Florida when a family member in Virginia had to go to the ER. She has * children and I knew I was needed to help. I immediately changed * my March ** flight to the only one flying out that late in the day from MLB to Richmond, VA and rushed to the airport. In addition to what I had already paid, (around $***) I was charged more than $***. Do you have any refunds for medical emergencies? Thank you
