Had flight on ** APR **** from San Diego to Raleigh NC. With a return From Raleigh to San Diego on ** APR ****. When we tried to get a refund or voucher for these flight we were told that the return flight had been issued a voucher but the flight from San Diego could not be processed because the record show that we were a "No Show" Our record Locator * is NV**JZ. Our understanding is that American Airline cancelled all flight after ** Mar, so we do not understand how we could be a "No Show" Thank you for any assistance you can give. Will wait for your call.
