Help with my American Airlines issue

The issue in GetHuman-davidpco's own words
Be serviced with customer service from the vendor to myself, the customer. Is that not how it's supposed to work if they want to sell a product??? ... It is impossible to get a live person to answer the phone at American Airlines they will tell you "due to extreme weather across the country making it unable to reach thier agents @ this time" or they will tell you they "will call you back within * to * hours" but then they tell you "that due to extremely high call volume , they are too busy to help you @ this time , call back another time and day" & then they hang up on you. **-OR- the robot voice prompt tells you to use the website but when you use the website it doesn't take your advantage Miles number or your username or your password it tells you everything is wrong every time and then it locks you out after * attempts what's going on with this company?...... I guess American Airlines doesn't want our business anymore.**-- so here's an update after about an hour and a half of GEThuman trying to get a live person, or, 'get a human' on the phone at American Airlines to get on the phone with me, THEY HUNG UP on GEThuman AS WELL!!!!* I guess we're all just as sick of this....*Companies not having workers rather only having machines to interface with live people. Seriously!? What happens when all customer service is gone.**Hope you have better luck than myself
You can't run a business without customer service especially when there's no other way to access your company, as in this case, so they will end up losing their business to their competitors as I'm going to do now as I booked my flight with Delta even though it will be $*** more per person.
Answering the telephone is speaking to somebody as they claim they want to do when you call them back another time because they're too busy to do so right now.... an absolute insulting joke that they are pulling on people.
Great question what did I expect? Really??? And it's due regardless of how long I have I have not been a customer of this business called American Airlines. The same result is always expected when you go to purchase from a company, you expect quality and you expect there to be a company to interface with. Furthermore I believe that anybody who comes to a company to purchase from them is a good customer as long as they have money to spend and there's a profit to be made by the company selling a product... wait, oh, did I miss something here?
