Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Ticket Number, Email on Order, Phone Number on Order, Name of Passengers, Home Address, and Date of Birth

Tried purchasing seats online *x and for both transaction failed and it says ill not be charged but when I called may card citibank, both transactions were successful and reversing it schould be done by American Airlines
GetHuman-amelican did not yet indicate what American Airlines should do to make this right.
