Hello - I had a very positive experience with one of your agents today (Barbara) - regarding flight confirmation FJAWKY. After the call, it asked me a one question survey. I hit "*" thinking that meant I was saying YES - I WOULD hire that person. But, I later had a call with a different company booking a different flight and it sounded like the same survey - but with them "*" meant NO, while * meant YES. So, I'm worried I may have accidentally given the nice lady who helped me out a bad score. Please check into that and correct it. She was so very helpful that, not only would I not want her to get a bad score, but she should be commended and given a pat on the back. Again, her name was Barbara, and it was regarding confirmation number FJAWKY. The call was about half an hour ago maybe (maybe a little more). It is currently *:** Central time on *******. Please give her kudos, not a bad score! Sorry if I didn't pay attention better. I just thought I owed her at least this email to try to clear it up, since she was, again, very helpful and yes - I would most certainly hire her.**Thanks so much. - Matt Schulz
