It took us ** hours to fly from RSW to GEG yesterday, on *.**.****. By the departure gate we were stupid enough to volunteer checking our suitcase (we didn't know what was ahead of us). The first leg of our flight was supposed to land in DFW, but we were informed that DFW had a fire in control tower and we had to land in Houston to refuel. ** minutes later the issue was resolved and we flew to DFW. Meanwhile our connecting flight had already left. We were advised to proceed to AA customer Service desk, which had a mile-long line. * other AA agents whom we approached initially were quite rude to us and sent us to AA customer service. *.* hours later we got our new boarding passes for flying to PHX and from there to GEG. We were told that our bag would be on the same * flights. Our Phoenix to Spokane flight got dealyed for *h. ** munutes. After we landed in GEG our suitcase was missing. We filed a claim and we were told that the bag was located and it would be delivered today. Upon checking multiple times I realized that so far our bag has not even left Dallas. We need our belongings and we need a compensation, since we have to buy everything again.
