Hello, I have called and mailed this email already, but no answer. *I have canceled this flight BWUDTX as attached I understood that only if the award flight is ticketed ** day or less before the flight date, I would have to pay $** processing charge, when I cancel. I have canceled the ticket More then ** days before the flight date, but when I called why my miles were not deposited back, I was told I have to pay $***, in order to get my miles redeposited. Below it states $** and only if ticketed ** days or shorter time to the flight departure.do I understand it correctly. Please help. That was the only reason*I did not cancel in ** hour, or is it misleading? Thank you so much. Help.*image*.jpeg
