The issue in GetHuman-jajack's own words
Due to American repeatedly canceling flights, we had to cancel our reservations (confirmation IAPMKS) and the travel agent requested a refund. After two weeks of follow-up calls, we have just been told that the airline may take two months to refund the fare because it's "their busy season." I'd like someone in accounting or management to email me or call me and explain exactly how being busy makes a quick ACH transaction take two months, not to mention how the months between Christmas and spring break are "the busy season" for an airline.
GetHuman-jajack did not yet indicate what American Airlines should do to make this right.
