I applied for a refund on Tickets ************ and ** in October on these flights of *******. In checking online I see that it says that a refund was issued on both flights and also on another screen it says that an email was sent on *******. I did not receive an email or refund on my credit card. Please help. I tried with this message earlier and it says that you sent a code to my email to enter but I did not receive an code. Please help!
