(My AAdvantage number is *Y**RT*.)* Dear Sir or Madam,*American Airlines sent me an email about a month ago, saying that my frequent-flyer miles were only good until November **. AAdvantage eShopping Mall sent me an email here (to which I am replying), saying that you had received my purchase (Home Depot, purchase **********, $**.**, Order *WA********) and those miles were credited to my account on **********, *:** pm). Why are my previous miles now deleted from my frequent-flyer account? I made the deadline.*I am ** years old and I have been ill the past months. The Home-Depot purchase of ********** was the only way I could buy miles, and they were credited by you on November **. I met their deadline before the miles were supposed to be cancelled.
They could put back my earned frequent-flyer miles, which were cancelled unfairly, since I met their deadline.
I'm ** years old. Have been frequent-flyer member since the beginning of the program.
