Good morning, I was trying to check in today at DFW international airport, and it had prompted up a screen displaying “priority check in.” I had mistaken this for checking in a bag and attempted to go back to cancel the priority cost and pay for my bag that I was going to check in, however, I wasn’t allowed to and had spend money on a checked in bag as well as priority check in, which I didn’t use the amenities for at all. If there’s anything you could possibly do, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time, and I hope to hear from you soon.
