The issue in GetHuman-cpantos's own words
I purchased a first class ticket from Sacramento, CA to Indianapolis, IN for the **th of August. Ticket number *************. Identifier MJQOUB. I paid a total of $***.** for the ticket which consisted of $***.** charged to my American Express Card and two eVouchers of $***.** each. The eVoucher numbers were ******************* and *******************. The flight departure on the **th was delayed so I elected to cancel the trip and I requested a refund through customer service. The customer service representative refunded $***.** back to my credit card but I did not receive a refund of the two eVouchers. I am requesting that the two eVouchers for $***.** mentioned above be re-issued to me so that I can rebook this flight next month. Thanks, Chris Pantos
