Get a refund ... I requested a refund a couple of days after booking this trip. I was told I was not eligible for a refund, but could have a credit with them I could use for future travel. I told them I purchased insurance just in case I was unable to fly for some reason. I was then told that I need to contact the insurance company directly. I contacted them and after jumping through all their hoops they denied my claim. My wife had a problem with her passport and I told them that right away. Now I can't even reach the airline. when I called I was asked for a ticket number I tried to give them My record locator and they refused to utilize that. I want my money back. I paid extra to have a refundable ticket and I didn't use the travel and gave the airline plenty of advance notice of same.
I purchased insurance just in case I couldn't fly for some reason. That was a waste of money. It didn't cover me.
At least give me a credit to fly later.
