The issue in GetHuman-brilect's own words
I have been charged too many times for baggage.*At the check in machine the AA worker helped us out. He swiped my travel card and it said declined. He tried it again it also said declined. **So I used my partners travel card to pay for our luggages and it worked. **Problem is even though it said declined with my card it has still taken money out with a value of $**. We did not get any receipt of the declined swipes. Only a receipt for the actual bag payments that went through which was $***. ** bags each for * passengers.**When I noticed the payment had come out I was still at the airport so I went back out to the same AA guy who checked us in and he said it would go away on its own as it was "pending" and if it doesn't and it actually goes through we need to contact the company for a refund as the machine was playing up.
