I, Jo Anne Murad, am an AAdvantage member **R**LH* and have an AA Aviator Red Advantage Mastercard which entitles me to a free bag. I travelled ----- using miles with the help of an agent for which I paid $**----- LGA - SJU on ********* and SJU -LGA on ********* ::: Record locator HOIDYF ::: . On both outbound flight and return flight I was charged $** for my * bag. *Please refund the charge to my Aviator Red Mastercard ending in ***** Thank you.* Jo Anne Murad
