I was told, I’d be refunded for seat charges as soon as the seats weren’t used. It’s been a week since my return flight and a refund has not been issued.*Also, my husband and I were charged to be put on a next flight because they wouldn’t check our luggage. We had tons of time and the gate agent was being horrible. It is a long story that will be easier to explain over the phone. Thank you and I look forward to your call. Ryvkah advantage *VDN***
