when booking online (Locator WKTGRM) I bought two different pkgs and only needed one. spoke with a cust rep named Linda a couple days later when I saw the two charges on my statement. She was going to credit me for one and that has not come thru. been abt a month.
GetHuman-smithmd did not yet indicate what American Airlines should do to make this right.
