My bag got checked in last night, ***** on the flight from Las Vegas to Phoenix. Flight was delayed. Flight * ****. I had to get a different *nd flight ***** this morning from pheonix to Alb. I arrived in Alb, my bag isn't there. I tell rep, she assures me they sent it from Las Vegas this morning. I check on line, the only info is that it was checked in Las Vegas last night. She lied to me. I've been checking flights from Phoenix to Albuquerque. And it should have been here this afternoon: *:**pm per her info. I haven't had a call or any updates. I need to talk to a live person who is actually helpful and can help me get my luggage. Just looking at a screen and making up information is not ok. It's frustrating. Please have someone help me. Only one time in my life has my luggage been lost and the airlines kept good communication. I can't go back to Las Vegas to hunt it down myself. I need you all to help with that.
