This is Ms.Detrick Phillips this is my *th attempt to see if you are going to fix my issues. Hotel shutting off hot water on a daily bssis. Being denied breakfast because u are using a motel voucher. When I was told that we could eat breakfast when we checked in that was told by the manager .They also to sac sheriffs homeless obreakfast who brought us there on may****** .Not having no cable for *and half days and the hot water was off at the same time. Those dates are May **th May**th May** **** I couldn't get my money back.Being told that homeless people are real dirty so I have to let the maid clean every day otherwise we can't get clean towels .Homeless people are that use the motel vouchers are treated different than the other guest. I'm tired of being called you people that is racial to me. What do I want to happen. The days that we didn't have television for *and half days and didn't have any hot water for over **hrs may** and my** ****..... What I want back my $*** back for the * and days without cable and hot water. For management discriminating about breakfast. And there is nothing written stating that peope who come with vouchers can not eat breakfast . I want to be compensated for and steady being called you people that is racial. I want to months free of change room double room at the red Lion I want to be compensated. It is a total of * families that have been going thru the discrimination . I paid cash money on the days the cable was out my attorney said that I'm not going to get any compensation from Cooperate so if I don't hear from u by the end of the day . I won't have any control over what happens next.
