My stay at the ABVI in Sacramento has been terrible I have been discriminated I have been called You people to me that is a racial slur. I have been told that the maid has to Clean our room daily because homeless people are dirty.The shut the hot water off all day that started happening on May **th on May **th and **th and half of the **th we had no television the cable had been some how disconnected. The only people that had cable was the manager and her family.The managers kept lieing saying that they have to call the cable company again that was bull****.They serve breakfast for the guest every morning.Everybody who are here on a voucher can't eat any breakfast or get a cup of coffee etc. I told the case manager that me And my family are working with and I was told to get me a discrimination attorney that specializes in fair housing and discriminationm. And I have and he suggested that I bring my issues to the Cooperate office. I have been at ABVI hotel since May **th, **** I have paid cash money out my pocket and the manager doesn't even give us a discount. We get charged $**-$** a night. Today was my check out date but seeing that the motel that we wanted to go to is booked up until tomorrow. We had to pay $** for no hot water not being able to eat. She let my **month old grandson have a pastry and a small bowl of cereal. I'm going Monday to file the paperwork at the court house with my attorney. I feel like me and my family should be accommodated for all the bull **** your hotel management put us threw. I have other letters and guest that are filing also to see your company in court. There isn't nothing in black and white any where in the office stating that families here on a voucher can't eat like the other guest I'm the motel. I don't appreciate How I have been treated because we are homeless. Me and my daughter and **month old grandson are Homeless because of domestic violence and we are victims of a violent crime that's why the sheriff department brought use to this hotel. I don't want to be anywhere that discriminates against the homeless. I have a name I don't like being addressed as You People that's racial. Attorney said for me to see what Cooperate is going to do. To compensate us for all the bull**** that we have indured since we have been at the ABVI . My attorney also said that can be taken care of in less then a great. My Galaxy gotten broken when I was told that I couldn't feed my grandson. There is * families that checked out on the **th of May . That want to join the law suit that I am filing against The ABVI. Cooperate acts like it's okay to treat guest like they have. I have given my attorney my do***ents that I have been getting Everytime they do something out of pocket . I have letters from people that weren't a guest but we're visiting some one in the hotel .My social worker was here when we had no hot water and when the cable was off . That was May **th I have the sheriff that the manager told that we have break fast from *:**am-**:**am. I want to be compensated for everything that I have been threw.
I trust that America's Best Value Inn will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
