When I go online it shows that I have no purchases, why is that? I see no place to manage my account either. Why is that? I also cannot sign out of my account. Why is that? What is going on this account? I’m just trying to pay on this account. When I called to pay the representative told me that I can pay only by giving my bank account.why is that? What’s going on with this account?
