On June 22, [redacted], a vehicle struck the street light in my yard. Hazelwood police and Ameren were on site as the power was deactivated that night, and the damaged pole was removed the next day. A traffic cone replaced the pole, leaving debris on the street and my property. Flags were later placed in my yard and my neighbors' yards. It has been over a week with no further action. I contacted your [redacted]# and was informed that a request was submitted, but it could take up to 7 days to address. I am concerned about the safety hazard due to the hole and lack of lighting. Prompt attention is necessary to resolve this issue. Additionally, the concrete debris in my yard should be removed promptly. I am eager to know when this will be addressed.

Account [redacted] for Emily C. I initiated this service in April [redacted] and vacated the place in August of the same year. It was supposed to be disconnected when new tenants moved in shortly after. However, discovering this unforeseen bill while working on improving my credit has left me puzzled. Reviewing statements from May 13, [redacted], to June 22, [redacted], I noticed there were credits in August, around the time of my move, followed by a sudden bill of $[redacted].91. This final bill appeared after disconnecting service in December [redacted], raising confusion as to why charges kept accumulating for six months. I'm willing to settle payments up to August [redacted]. Attempts to contact the subsequent tenants have been unsuccessful. A payment made on November 5, [redacted], of $30.95 seems to be from the new tenants. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, as I have evidence to support my disconnection and the issue needs swift resolution. Your assistance in resolving this billing discrepancy would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Kelly S. and my account number is 81[redacted]3. I have been attempting to call but experiencing long wait times. I have concerns about my bill discrepancies, where payments made have not been accounted for correctly. I am being charged an extra $[redacted] which seems inaccurate upon reviewing my payment history and statements. I am also seeking clarification on unbilled charges and the energy efficiency investment charge listed on my bill. Regarding my bill due on 7/12/[redacted], there are summer charges of $95.19 alongside winter charges of $28.13 and $19.10. I find it puzzling to be charged for both summer and winter in June. As a single mom of four struggling to make ends meet, I cannot afford overcharges. I have reached out via email several times without a response. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I reside at [redacted] S Washington in Mexico, Missouri. There are two small yet dangerously tall trees on my property that urgently need to be removed. These trees are at risk of falling, posing a serious threat to nearby power lines. One of the trees is close to power lines that connect to my home and my neighbor's house, while the other side has cable or telephone lines leading to my neighbor's residence. This situation prevents me from safely cutting down the trees myself. If these trees fall on their own, they could potentially bring down the lines and disrupt power services for the neighborhood, including St. Brendan's Catholic School. Despite my calls regarding this issue, I have faced refusals to address the problem. I kindly request Ameren to send a professional to assess the situation and remove the trees before any potential damage occurs.

My bill is a complete mess! I was previously in collections about two years ago for $[redacted]. Since then, I made large payments to settle it down to around $[redacted]. Recently, I even pledged $[redacted] through an emergency rental program. However, I checked my bill online and saw an unbilled charge of over $[redacted], bringing my bill back up to over $[redacted]. They are now threatening to disconnect my service, and it's negatively impacting my credit score. I want my bill adjusted back to $80, where it should be. I have worked hard to pay off my debt, and it's frustrating to see these additional charges wrongly added after all I've paid. I am extremely upset and will not stop escalating this until it's resolved.

My electricity was disconnected last Friday while I was at work. I made a payment immediately and it was restored. However, on Monday Ameren informed me that the payment did not process, even though the website showed it successful. Normally it deducts right away. Once I realized, I paid again promptly. The funds were available when I initially paid on Friday, but other withdrawals over the weekend caused the issue. I didn't intentionally try to avoid payment. I don't believe an additional deposit is warranted since we already pay extra each month for the AC unit. We cannot manage the extra fee. We hope for understanding in this situation.

I am writing on behalf of Mill Crossing Condominium Association. We have experienced multiple power surges recently, causing significant financial burdens due to damages to our fire alarm system and elevator. We believe our association is linked to Barnes West's main electric line, and I would like to arrange a meeting with one of your electrical engineers to address this issue. My schedule, alongside another committee member, is only open on July 13, as she will be away until August. Please contact me at [redacted] to coordinate a meeting. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Allyne Nieburg
