Help with my Ambit Energy issue

I cancelled my Ambit Account about a month ago. I am still getting billed. I lost my job and talked to NYSEG and they said I probably should cancel the Ambit Account to save money. I feel like I have been ripped off, because NYSEG owns the *power lines in New York State. Also, when did I sign a renewal contract? I don't recall ever signing one. If so, I believe I am entitled to a refund. *I have tried many times to talk with a representative today. I requested call back times. No one ever called back. Also, about those Bonus Points, since I am cancelled, may I please have a refund of some kind?
