I was disconnected at **pm. I talked to ambit paid the bill it was ***pm by that time. She say my lights will be on within * to * hrs. I call texas new mexico guess what they never put the order in..so can my order be put in. I have kids and its very hot in texas. I been a customer for * yrs I have a residential and commercial acct with you guys. To be treated like this. Plus my this bill has always been on autopay so I thought automatically it was paid but i guess it wasnt. I need my lights back on
