From Peggy R. Address: [redacted] Clark Ave, Webster Groves, MO [redacted]. Phone: [redacted] I received an iPhone in May that I did not order, and only realized when my Synchrony bill showed a charge of $[redacted].90. Amazon confirmed an unauthorized party was involved and advised me to wait for instructions on returning the item for a refund. Despite multiple calls and assurances from different customer service representatives, including an email from Paul C. on July 1st stating I would be refunded, I have not received any further instructions or refund as of July 30. The issue persists, with false claims that the item was removed from my bill and my account being frozen, which is not the case. This prolonged ordeal has been terribly frustrating, and I hope for a resolution soon. Thank you.

I am extremely frustrated with Amazon's current process. I have encountered an issue where I did not receive my package, but when I attempted to report it and request a refund, I was told I am not eligible because the system shows the package was delivered to my door. This is the first time I have faced this situation on Amazon, and there is no proof of the package at my doorstep. The return process seems unusual as it directs me to contact the seller for shipping instructions, which is new to me. I believe Amazon should not allow such practices as it may lead to a negative reputation like eBay and PayPal. Sellers should be held accountable, and if they fail to provide evidence of delivery, a third-party company should handle refunds or Amazon should take responsibility. If my $60 goes missing due to fraudulent activity, I will have to seek legal advice.

I ordered a mattress and an adjustable bed set for delivery on August 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the mattress got damaged in transit and was returned, resulting in a refund. As the purchase was made during Prime Day with a significant discount, I decided to repurchase the same mattress at the sale price. The new mattress and the adjustable bed are set to arrive on the same day. The issue is that when I reordered the mattress, the option to have the old one removed on delivery day was not available, causing a space problem in my apartment. I need to cancel both the mattress and bed, but the online system won't allow it as the bed is already in transit. I am concerned about being left with the bed only. I plan to contact Amazon for assistance, but with the delivery approaching, I am unsure of how to handle the situation.

I received a damaged item from Amazon, not the seller. They packed a fragile plastic cigarette roller with a heavy cast net causing it to break during shipping. I believe items should be better protected when packed together. I attempted to resolve this issue online but was unsuccessful due to system errors. The cast net arrived undamaged. I would appreciate a replacement for the damaged roller. Thank you, FR.

I want to alert others who had their bank account debited for Prime without having a Prime account. After ordering once from Amazon years ago, my account was unexpectedly charged for a Prime membership. Despite trying to resolve it with Amazon, I couldn't succeed. My bank stepped in, froze my card, refunded the charge, and Amazon eventually confirmed they couldn't debit my account anymore. The inconvenience led me to request a new card to access my funds. If you ever face this issue, I suggest settling online bills and withdrawing cash before involving your bank.

I bought a Timex watch on July 27, but it was too big. When I went to return it at my local Hub in Roseville, CA, they couldn't process it and advised me to go elsewhere. I tried to do it through Amazon, but had trouble accessing the information. I have a trip tomorrow and I am worried I won't be able to get my refund by August 27. Can I drop off the watch at Whole Foods in Roseville, CA? Please assist me with this situation. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted].

I bought a black recliner earlier this year, but it has been falling apart. The chair doesn't recline or sit up straight anymore, making it impossible for me to use. Amazon is unable to locate the original purchase, and I can't find it on my new computer either. I need the necessary information to address this issue. I have photos detailing the damages. As a disabled individual, I rely on this chair and need a refund to purchase a replacement from a different manufacturer. If I don't hear back from corporate regarding this terrible experience, I will leave a negative review in the consumer magazine I contribute to. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Yesterday, my account experienced some unexpected issues. I lost my prime membership and several apps, and today I am unable to sign in at all. The message I received stated: "We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance." To address this, I tried to use the password assistance feature but was prompted to enter the email address or mobile phone number linked to my Amazon account, which is [redacted] I need help with regaining access to my account.

I recently obtained a new card and updated my account accordingly. However, due to an issue with the card, I had to remove it from my account. I discovered that I could input my checking account details as a primary payment method instead. After doing so, I expected my Prime account to function properly once more. Unfortunately, I have encountered difficulty setting it as the default payment option. Additionally, there seems to be confusion with EBT payments, as they include SNAP for food purchases and cash for other expenses. Even though my SNAP balance is empty, I cannot select it as my EBT payment option, whereas my cash balance is available but still cannot be chosen. I am unsure what is causing these complications.

Recently, my network settings were adjusted twice by AT&T due to their malfunctioning equipment. Subsequently, both AT&T and Amazon tried to set up my Alexa device, which was initially working but is now offline. This has caused login issues on Amazon, affecting my daughters and their boyfriend who rely on it for our health needs. We have been locked out of our account for days now, making it impossible to order essentials or make changes to our subscriptions. Despite multiple assurances of a callback within 48 hours, we have not received any updates. With vital information stored within the account, the prolonged login issue is concerning. Despite attempts to reset the password resulting in being locked out and promised callbacks, we are yet to receive any assistance. We are a responsible family seeking resolution to regain access to our Amazon account.

After enjoying Thanksgiving with my family, I decided to change my phone number. Unfortunately, a few days ago, my phone got damaged, and my new one won't arrive until tomorrow. I rely on my Audible audiobooks to fall asleep, but I can't access them since Amazon keeps sending a 2-step verification code to my old phone number. Even when my new phone arrives, I won't receive the text. I attempted a password reset but to no avail as the support page only offers that option. I'm eager to continue listening to my audiobook, but it seems I won't be able to for a while.

Someone has been hacking into my account to make false claims about not receiving items I've actually received. One recent instance involves my order of Carote pots and pans last month, delivered on 7/24/22. Despite my attempts to confirm receipt, I received an Amazon notification stating otherwise. I have more instances like this with evidence, but I have been struggling to escalate this issue to the Legal department. On 8/4/22, I spent 3 frustrating hours trying to resolve this with foreign representatives who had language barriers. I feel targeted as a loyal customer by uncooperative Amazon employees. Only two individuals provided some help but are now unreachable. I am seeking a formal letter (as my emails are disappearing), a link to file complaints, and a thorough investigation as I have been told that I have two accounts.

Dear Mrs. Deborah Wright, I am writing to address the commission from the sales of my books on Amazon. Despite the initial payment of approximately $20.00 over seven years ago, further commissions have not been received. I previously shared my contact details with you for resolution. I kindly urge you to transfer my rightful commissions directly to me. Additionally, I would appreciate discussing and clarifying the commission structure for future transactions. Sincerely, Irvin W. Kofa, Sr.

I recently placed an order on Amazon for 5 items totaling just under $[redacted]. The package was supposedly delivered by USPS on July 29th, stating it was handed directly to a resident - which wasn't the case. Upon contacting Amazon and USPS, I faced unhelpful responses. USPS mentioned delivering to a non-existent resident. Ultimately, after conversing with my mailman, it was revealed that the package was left beside the mailbox by the roadside instead of handed to a resident. Amazon and USPS have both been uncooperative in resolving the issue. I paid using a CashApp card and unsure how to proceed with a chargeback. I am frustrated with the lack of helpful customer service and just seek a refund and to close my Amazon account. I have had no luck finding someone at Amazon competent enough to assist me, which has fueled my disappointment.

In mid-July, I unexpectedly received an Amazon delivery of Olaplex shampoo, but I did not make this purchase. A similar situation occurred recently when I received a 31-pound bag of dog food, although we do not own a dog. Surprisingly, both items were addressed to me, whereas usually, our orders are under my husband's name. I am worried that these costly items are not reaching their intended recipients. Could you please investigate who is sending these items? My information is as follows: Janice B., [redacted] W. Smithville Road, Hanna City, IL [redacted]. Furthermore, I'm unsure of what to do with these items.

Order ID: 403_[redacted]_[redacted] Hello, I ordered a OnePlus Bluetooth device on Amazon on 15/07/[redacted] and received the product on 17/07/22. When I opened the box, I discovered it was filled with garbage. Upon contacting Amazon, they asked me to wait five days before calling back. After contacting them again, they claimed the product was delivered in good condition, refused a refund or replacement, and abruptly ended the call. I also reached out to their social media team, receiving the same response. They insist the product was delivered in good condition and won't offer any resolution. I seek assistance in resolving this matter, or I will pursue legal action through consumer court.

Today, at 1:37 pm, I received a call from an Amazon delivery person informing me that the package was at my gate. While I was at work, I instructed my family to receive the delivery and pay the cash. However, the delivery person refused to accept Rs. [redacted] as change for a Rs. [redacted] package when given Rs. [redacted]. His behavior was rude when asked for the change, and he did not handle the situation well. He did not share his name, and when cautioned about his behavior, he did not respond positively. Instead, he mentioned that complaints would not affect him. This situation is concerning, especially as many customers opt for cash on delivery and expect proper service. When I tried calling Amazon's company number, the delivery person did not answer and hung up deliberately.

I bought a $[redacted] Amazon card, but it went under review immediately. I provided my name, debit card, and email details. My name is Jay Blakley, card number 4[redacted] 0[redacted], with the name "Jay T Blakley" on the card, and my account number is [redacted] from Credit Union of the Rockies, where the card was issued. Please assist as my girlfriend needs the card. Thank you.
