The issue in GetHuman-kaceyken's own words
I made a return on June **, **** UPS delivered to Amazon Fulfillment Center, Jeffersonville, IN on Wednesday, June ** at ** AM today is Thursday, June **, **** and I am getting different answers from different associates I’ve made returns before and it was refunded back to my Amazon gift balance is was this one supposed to be others have been done within two hours and now we are on day four from when I dropped off at UPS this return is supposed to become a Amazon gift balance once again I have to have that money to purchase a different item I’m not going to give more money to (Amazon) especially now that they’re doing this so I just want to use the balance that I am owed. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as my attorney
