I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Amazon stating that I ordered a $[redacted] phone, which I am certain I did not purchase. The only recent order I made was a $39.99 jacket a few days ago, which does not include a phone. I did not provide any personal information except for my name. I am concerned about this unauthorized charge and do not have the funds for such a purchase. I prefer a phone call to discuss this further, rather than email or text. If this hold was placed on my account erroneously and I wish to lift it, could you kindly guide me on how to proceed? I am willing to provide the necessary gift card purchase receipts, images of physical gift cards, or communications from the sender to prove ownership. I am having trouble adding my building number to my address. A package was returned to the sender due to an incomplete address. It is preventing me from updating my address in the baby registry. While my account has the correct address, the baby registry does not allow me to include the building letter in the unit or building section. I have been attempting to reach out for assistance but have not been successful in resolving this issue.

On March 5th, [redacted], I purchased 2 Silentnight king size sets of teddy duvet covers from the Amazon Marketplace. I contacted the supplier for a return, received the label, and dropped off the parcel at a pick-up point. However, I have not received a refund yet. I am unsure how to contact the supplier directly for an update. Additionally, I have discovered I have two Amazon accounts causing confusion. I would like one account cancelled and to keep the one associated with my email address as my username. The total cost of the order was £49.42. I recently bought 4 units of this product from Amazon, listed as shelf-stable with a money-back guarantee on live cultures. However, the product I received is not shelf-stable as indicated. I recently tried to log into my Amazon account from a new device. Unfortunately, I was asked to confirm a security code sent to a mobile number I no longer have. I clicked on a help link, but the options provided did not address my problem. This has happened before due to multiple phone number changes, resulting in having to create new accounts each time. It is a frustrating and ongoing issue. I believe Amazon should prioritize website maintenance rather than new marketing strategies to prevent customer dissatisfaction.

I recently returned 13 items to the UPS store in Thousand Oaks, CA with my daughter. Unfortunately, one of the items was not credited back to me as she handed both duplicate children's books to the staff on April 28th. The tracking number for the credited book 'Buddy the Burping Easter Bunny' is 1Z8X1V[redacted]14, and the one not credited is 1Z8X1V[redacted]88. Both books were ordered separately. Dear Richard Q., I wanted to address the concerns you raised regarding the third-party listing of my book titled "What Goes Around (WGA)." Indigo Sea Press has not allowed the distribution of WGA, however, the site number [redacted][redacted] remains active. Amazon continues to direct shoppers to this inactive site. Since the book is now available through KDP as of January 6, [redacted] under the site number [redacted][redacted], I urge you to remove the old Indigo Sea Press site and associated listings to ensure correct redirection of customers. I recently opened a business account with Amazon Business and got approved to pay by invoice. I was excited to celebrate our 3-year anniversary with a company picnic, ordering prizes from Amazon Business. However, they unexpectedly locked my account for about a month now. Despite multiple urgent requests, they keep saying there is no suspicious activity. I just need my account unlocked to proceed with my plans. It has been frustrating contacting them only via email. I previously submitted a ticket regarding my issue but cannot reply because I cannot log in to my seller account. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my Amazon seller account because I no longer have access to the authenticator set up for two-factor authentication years ago. Although I can provide an identity document to verify my identity, I can no longer access the email linked to the account. However, I have reiterated in multiple attempts that I cannot access that email to do so. I have attempted to contact Amazon via email, but I keep getting redirected back to the login page without any resolution. It seems like I am stuck in a Catch-22 situation. I did not receive my order last Friday. The delivery was confirmed with a picture at a downstairs apartment, but I live upstairs. I was not contacted when the driver went to the wrong unit, and I was unwell that day until about 7:00 PM. I searched my apartment the next day but did not find the package. As my complex has many units, I am unable to search every place. I have extensive experience in driving and corporate roles, so I understand proper procedures. Despite reaching out through text and call, I received only an automated response. I have been a loyal customer and encountered minimal issues previously. I recently received an email that appears to be from Amazon, indicating that there is an order for more than $9,[redacted] worth of LG TV and stereo speakers being processed under my name and to an address in Delaware. The email suggests that the order is being placed partially using an Amazon credit card in my name, which I do not possess or have applied for. I am required to cover the outstanding balance of over $2,[redacted]. I did not make this purchase and suspect it is a scam. The email features the Amazon logo, but I am skeptical of its authenticity. It includes a supposed Amazon customer service number [redacted], but I doubt its legitimacy. I would appreciate it if your company could confirm whether this order has been received. This order does not appear in my online account. If it has been placed, it is not mine. Kindly refrain from processing it and pursue those responsible for this fraudulent activity.

I purchased a product from Amazon for $500CAD. Unfortunately, the package arrived looking like it had been mishandled, with the contents not in perfect condition. This was a gift for my friend's upcoming birthday, so I don't have time to replace it before the weekend. I am disappointed by the state of the product given the amount I paid. It would be reasonable to expect some form of compensation. Typically, I don't like to complain, but the package appeared to have been mistreated considering the cost. Additionally, upon opening it, I found that the small pieces were loose and scattered, not how they were supposed to be packaged.

After being an Amazon customer for over twenty years and a Prime member for some time, I am now contemplating cancelling my Amazon account entirely. It seems that Amazon is promoting certain political views, including being Pro-Abortion, which has made me and many others consider ending our relationship with the company. This concerns me greatly.
