On December 17th, an unauthorized purchase appeared on my account. The customer service representative paused the order and instructed me to create a new one to close my account. The new order was meant to trigger a hold on future orders due to the suspicious activity. I was assured that the second order would not be processed. However, I received a $50 charge on my debit card for the second order. I received a confirmation for the hold on the second order. I am requesting a refund of $50 to be issued back to my debit card. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to contact customer service by phone at this time.

I purchased a sweater on November 19 and returned it on November 23, receiving a refund. However, the company is claiming they did not receive the item, despite my proof of return. They charged me again for the item. When I contacted Amazon, they mentioned that the email they have on file does not match mine. I only have one email that I always use to place orders on Amazon. Unfortunately, they could not provide the email they have on file. This situation has resulted in me being charged an additional $42.79, and I am unsure how to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing difficulties with returning the Sodastream (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). I simply wish to exchange it for a different model. After speaking with Sodastream, they were unable to process the return for the CO2 Cartridges since the purchase was made through you. When attempting to return it through your company, I am informed that the item is not eligible for return, likely due to the CO2 cartridges. I am seeking guidance on how to receive a credit for this transaction. I believe there has been an issue with an Amazon delivery. According to the tracking information, the insta pot and cookbook were marked as delivered to my son on December 19th. However, he has not received these items, and I am doubtful they were left at the correct location. Since I have been away on vacation and just found out about this missing delivery, I would appreciate seeing a photo of where the package was supposedly delivered. I am requesting either a full refund or for the same items to be delivered to the correct address.

The image displays the door where the delivery was left. The address shown is [redacted] Monroe, which is not my address at [redacted] Monroe. Upon receiving the picture via email, I promptly went to the incorrect address and rang the doorbell multiple times, but received no response. Considering they have a doorbell camera, I am certain they are aware of the misdelivered package, a luxurious massager that belongs to me. It seems likely they are keeping it due to the mix-up. This situation is quite perplexing and must be resolved promptly. It is essential to either rectify the error or retrieve the massager from that location today.

I am writing in regard to order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I returned the Libin Women's Cargo Joggers in Black XL and the Women's Snow Hiking ski Waterproof Fleece Lined Outdoor Cargo Pants in Black size 36 on November 10th. However, I received an email stating the Libin Cargo Joggers were not returned, and I have been wrongly charged for them. The snow hiking pants have been confirmed as returned, but the joggers are still showing as outstanding.

I purchased a backpack with expedited shipping, initially scheduled for delivery on December 28th. The tracking information was updated to reflect a delay on the 29th, and it is now expected to arrive between December 30th and January 1st. However, the carrier has not yet collected the package. I am counting on receiving it before the 4th. If it doesn't arrive, I would appreciate it if another one could be expedited for delivery. Thank you for your assistance!

I purchased a three-piece luggage set on 12/21/18 for $[redacted].59. Unfortunately, on 12/6/21, I discovered that the lock was not working. I contacted Amazon customer service, as the item was supposed to come with a three-year warranty. Initially, the representative claimed it was past the warranty period and only had a two-year warranty. Feeling unsatisfied, I called again and spoke to another representative. After some back and forth, I was offered a special one-time return with a deadline of 12/13/21, which was before I returned from my trip on 12/14/21. Additionally, I was assured that UPS would provide packaging for the return. However, the estimated credit amount of $[redacted].07 raised concerns, as I was told it would be adjusted upon return. The return policy indicating an 80% credit after a certain period was news to me, but the representatives never mentioned this. Due to the conflicting information and extra return costs, I am hesitant to send the set back without clarity on the credit amount. Your assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

In November, we took part in a charity auction for Hospital Lumiere. The majority of items were bought from an Amazon wish list and sent to an auction administrator. Among my purchases was a unicycle intended as a Christmas present. To my dismay, upon unveiling it, we found the wheel rim to be bent and the tire unable to retain air. How can I go about exchanging it for a new one given that it does not appear in my Amazon purchase history? The children were truly let down by this. The item in question is the AW 16" Inch Wheel Unicycle Leakproof Butyl Tire Wheel designed for cycling and outdoor sports, priced at $77.90.

On November 17, [redacted], I was alerted by Chase credit cards about a $[redacted].41 charge on my Amazon Prime Account on November 16, [redacted], at 10:30 p.m. I immediately realized this was not my transaction since I was asleep at that time. Upon reviewing my Amazon account, I did not find this charge listed. I have been struggling with Amazon and Chase to resolve this issue in a loop. I am requesting assistance to have this unauthorized charge removed from my credit card statement. The merchant category for the charge was Bookstores under AMZN Mktp US*IL8RD6VF3.

I purchased a vanilla gift card in November with $60 at 4:00 p.m. By 1:00 a.m. the next morning, the money was withdrawn and spent on an unauthorized Amazon.com ebook. Despite being told by customer service that there were no orders on my or my husband's account, the purchase was not made by us. Vanilla instructed me to provide an order number to track down the item and the purchaser. I urgently need assistance in resolving this issue and recovering my $60.

On December 22, [redacted], I made an order on my account. Shortly after, my account was locked for alleged misuse of Amazon services without any specific explanation provided. Despite being a Prime and Amazon Music Unlimited subscriber, I cannot access these services due to the account lock. After contacting customer service on December 24, [redacted], I was informed that an account specialist is reviewing my account and I should hear back within 2 business days, which has already passed. I am frustrated by the lack of information and the extended account lock period since I only recently opened the account and placed successful orders. I urgently need my account unlocked for business purposes, or I am considering canceling the account and switching to my mom's household account.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, stating that an iPhone 13 was purchased on my Amazon Credit Card for $[redacted]. I want to clarify that I did not make this purchase as I do not have an Amazon Credit Card. Although I have ordered items from Amazon using my Capital One card, they were completely different items such as a t-shirt, gel pens, and Kindle covers. I would appreciate it if someone could verify if the call was actually from Amazon and investigate if an iPhone was purchased in my name. Hello, I need assistance with an order issue I encountered on December 10th. I have reached out to Amazon's customer service via chat and email regarding Order # D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. The parcel, which both the carrier and Amazon marked as delivered, was actually not received. I am a prime member and extremely disappointed as this has been a recurring problem. I requested a replacement for a faulty item, only to receive another faulty one. After arranging for a refund, I bought the same product again, but it was also defective. I organized another return for a refund. Amazon provided me with three QR codes to return the items via UPS. The store scanned all three codes, accepted the packages, and offered tracking numbers for each on December 23. According to UPS, the packages were delivered on December 24. However, I have not received any confirmation from Amazon about the returns.

I have several packages that need to be picked up. I have already put labels on them, but Target informed me that they are unable to accept the returns. After visiting multiple stores, I was advised that I need to take them to the nearest UPS store, which is quite far from me. Due to my recent hospitalization, it is challenging for me to manage this task. I would greatly appreciate assistance with picking up the packages and applying new labels. I ordered an air fryer which arrived damaged. I returned it and reordered. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. The new order seems to be using a gift card, which I don't have proof of having. I need the refund promised. My bank statement only shows two charges, not a refund. However, I checked my husband's email and he received notification of the refund. Your policy states the refund should appear on my account within 7 days, but I haven't seen it. I prefer a refund, not store credit. What is happening? As a long-time Prime member and frequent Amazon shopper, I relied heavily on their services during Christmas [redacted] due to being pregnant and wanting to avoid unnecessary exposure during the pandemic.
