I recently received a blue geometric pullover from China, but the item was of poor quality. I returned it as instructed but now I am having trouble reaching Amazon or the seller for a refund. The material of the pullover was too thin for the item's description, and despite the return costs being higher than the item itself, I still sent it back. I believe I will be refunded for the item, but I also need to be reimbursed for the shipping fees. I attempted to send a picture of the receipt, but it was unsuccessful.

I used Affirm to purchase Christmas presents for my family on Amazon.com on 12/20/21 with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. The total came to $[redacted].54, broken down into the present cost of $[redacted].72, taxes of $40.74, and shipping fees of $23.08. However, when trying to track the packages today (12/26/21), I discovered that they were being held due to my Prime account being put on hold. I placed my account on hold following advice from my bank after unauthorized charges were found. This delay has now caused the gifts not to be delivered as promised by 12/24/21 and 12/25/21. I live near an Amazon warehouse and have received deliveries in 2 days previously. I have had unauthorized charges related to my Prime account and will not add another credit card to my account. The gifts were paid for through Affirm, and I request the delivery of the presents promptly. Thank you, Tracey Williams

Despite providing all the correct details, the system somehow prevented me from accessing my account. When trying to sign in, I was prompted to change my password, but the system failed to send me a verification code, leading to my account being blocked. I was unable to rectify this with customer service due to a problem with my home postcode. Despite spending an hour seeking assistance, I was unsuccessful. I am having trouble logging into my usual account. I had to use my son's account to place an order. I am worried that there are items on auto-delivery on my regular account that I don't want. I cannot access it to remove them. Additionally, I had to join Amazon Prime to receive packages ordered on my son's account. Dear Sirs/Madams, I was expecting to receive my consignment last Sunday. It seems the package arrived, but according to Amazon, it was returned due to a lack of OTP. This package was a Christmas gift from my daughter in the USA, and she is now disappointed. Even at 86 years old, though I may appear normal, dealing with OTPs is challenging for me. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] for the Video Doorbell Wireless WiFi Camera, 2K COOAU, was purchased in October for a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, my son faced difficulties setting up the in-house chime on Christmas day. I am now outside of the returns window, and attempts to contact the seller redirected me to an Amazon site with no further instructions. I purchased a custom necklace from MEMOSHE on December 7 for $29.59. However, I have yet to receive the necklace due to an alleged ordering error on their end. I find it suspicious that I was charged for an order that was supposedly incorrect. When I attempted to send them a copy of the invoice, it was returned as undeliverable. This situation appears questionable.

Hello, this is Laurie Johnson. I am looking to return a rug, but I am unable to print the return label. I have not received it from UPS as expected. Due to my disability, getting transportation to return the rug to UPS is difficult. If possible, could you arrange for the rug to be picked up from my location? I would appreciate it. I need advice regarding a lost Amazon gift card purchased at Morrisons in Meltham, UK. The Morrison receipt shows a gift card for £40.00, with a Card Number ***********[redacted], purchased on 10.12.21. I'm wondering if this Card Number is the actual gift card number. The red gift pack, measuring 3 1/2" square, includes a double outer case, a red card with a clear plastic card holder, and a red envelope, but there's no gift card inside. According to Morrison, the gift card should have been in a white envelope of the same size as the gift pack, with a barcode, all inside the outer pack. The donor purchased the gift pack, sent it to the recipient, but neither party saw the gift card. The donor suspects the white envelope might have been discarded unknowingly as they were unfamiliar with assembling this type of gift pack previously. Can the original card be canceled, and a new one provided?

Hello, I wanted to share an experience I had with creating a new AMAZON account due to hacking issues. I placed an order on amazone.it for 2 phones for Christmas. After setting up my new account with correct information and resolving a payment issue, my order was confirmed. However, a few days later when I checked, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation from Amazon. I am now unsure if the products will be delivered or if I will be charged. Has anyone else faced a similar situation with Amazon blocking their account after placing an order? I am concerned about the status of my order and any possible charges.

As an Amazon customer, I am facing an issue with missing order # [redacted]-[redacted] containing 10 pairs of nighties from Mudrika Fashion valued at ₹[redacted]. The order was marked as delivered but was not received. I have contacted customer care, and the delivery section confirmed that the parcel was not delivered as shown in their register, where another parcel was delivered around the same time. I was recently charged for a return item that was sent back to Amazon along with three other items. All the items were dropped off together at Kohl’s. Amazon seems to have received the other three items, but today I was charged $23.31 for the fourth one, which was a phone case. I have an email confirming that the item was received and that I was refunded, so this charge has left me feeling confused. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I recently ordered the Generic Leave-in Spray Conditioner, but received shampoo instead. After starting the return process, I sent back the incorrect item as instructed, but the correct one was never sent to me. The tracking shows it was delivered, but I haven't received the right product. Despite returning it to Kohl's with the provided code, I can't find any information on the item I sent back.

I have the Pure Green [redacted]% Natural Latex Mattress Topper - Medium Firmness - 3 Inch - Twin Size (GOLS Certified Organic) on my wish list. I was about to make a purchase, but a review mentioned receiving a defective topper with a toxic smell and being told the return would be at their cost. Despite the Amazon ad stating it is returnable, I am concerned. If I ordered and received a topper with a toxic smell, would I be able to return it without any additional cost, considering I am a Prime customer?

On Sunday, I made an order for an item worth approximately £[redacted]. The next day, I made another purchase of five items totalling about £[redacted]. However, when I woke up the following day, I was surprised to learn that my account had been closed. Unfortunately, upon delivery of the £[redacted] item, I was unable to provide the delivery number to the driver due to my account closure. I am unsure why my account was closed, and this has been frustrating as I have not been able to receive my deliveries. Amazon stated that they closed my orders, which were quite costly, causing me concern. I am hoping that Amazon can reopen my account promptly so I can access it, retrieve my orders, provide the delivery numbers to drivers, and receive my parcels as intended.
