I have returned two items in the past few months for different reasons. On both occasions, I opted to drop off the items at a UPS store with the printed barcode for packaging and shipping. Despite this, I received emails stating that the items were never received, and I was charged again for the products. The latest incident involved a defective vinyl record, "Bear Creek" by Brandi Carlile, costing $38.06. This situation is unacceptable. I am unsure if it is an issue with the UPS store failing to attach the barcode to the box, but I am following the return instructions provided on your website. If these issues persist, I may need to reconsider using Amazon for future purchases.

While visiting family in Canada from November 11th to December 14th, I tried to order a product online, but encountered an issue with my payment information. I mistakenly used my Canadian Bank Debit/Visa card with an address different from the one on my Amazon account, leading to my account being temporarily locked pending verification.

Hello, I am Preethi Mohan from Perambur. I ordered women's skinny jeans in size 34 and received the package on December 17th. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I discovered it contained a t-shirt instead. I immediately requested a replacement, and today the person handling the exchange informed me they couldn't proceed as the item was a t-shirt. I urgently need the correct jeans delivered by 5 PM today. Please address this issue promptly as it was not my mistake. Thank you.

I recently ordered The Step Club Quality 4-Weight Deluxe Barbell Set (includes the bar) from Step Fitness. However, upon receiving the package, I found that I only received 4 weights - (2) 11 pounds, (1) 8.25 pounds, and (1) 5.5 pounds. This is only half of my expected order. I have pictures of the box and tracking information showing the discrepancy. I initially thought I was missing the bar, but it turns out there are not enough weights as well. I spoke with customer service yesterday but now realize the extent of the issue. I am disappointed as this was a gift. I paid $[redacted].99 for the set, but what I received seems to be worth much less. I would like to either return the incomplete set and receive a complete one as originally ordered. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Amazon Prime - it is fast and excellent. However, I do have a suggestion regarding feedback requests. It would be better to wait until customers have had time to use and review the items before asking for feedback. Often, I am being prompted to assess a product immediately after it arrives, especially during Christmas when many items are gifts and won't be opened until Christmas day. While I am willing to provide reviews, the constant requests right after delivery are frustrating. I am beginning to ignore these emails altogether. It would be more reasonable to have a waiting period between delivery and feedback requests. It may seem like a minor issue, but it can be bothersome and discourages leaving feedback. Thank you.

I received only one out of the three items I ordered from Amazon. The delivery is showing as complete, but I am missing the belt and the bottle of generic Benadryl. Despite reaching out regarding the potential backorder or supplier issue, I've only received automated responses which is frustrating. I ordered a gift card (received), belt (not received), and a bottle of generic Benadryl (not received). I would like to receive the items as originally ordered, not a refund. I ordered two light-up soccer balls as a gift for my granddaughter, who loves soccer, but they were supposed to arrive on Sunday, the 19th, and I haven't received them yet. My daughter told me about them, and I placed the order right away. I'm disappointed that they haven't arrived, as this was a significant present for her. As an active Amazon customer of less than a year, I rely on the platform for most of my shopping. It's unfortunate that this happened, especially now. I would appreciate it if the soccer balls could be sent as soon as possible to make things right. Thank you.

I've been a long-time customer of Amazon.com (US) and have encountered an issue with my account. I forgot my password, and when attempting to reset it, I'm directed to approve a notification sent to my cell phone number ([redacted]2) for security reasons. Unfortunately, I haven't received any calls for verification despite trying for three days. This situation is frustrating as I need to log in to buy Christmas presents for my family in Baton Rouge. Hello, I purchased the book "El Misterio De La Sed De Jesús: Madre Teresa (Spanish Edition)" but it hasn't arrived even though it was marked as delivered by USPS on December 18th. I received a notification stating that the package was returned to the sender because the recipient was unknown at the delivery address provided. This is a first for me, and I am unsure how to proceed. If possible, I would like to arrange for redelivery. Alternatively, I am open to receiving a refund if reshipment is not feasible. My Amazon Christmas gifts for this week got unexpectedly canceled. I was informed this was due to concerns about possible fraud, even though I have previously sent items to all the listed addresses on my account. I urgently need these presents delivered tomorrow. I was directed to TRS Recovery, but I don't understand why I was referred to a collections agency for a single transaction mistake that affected a different account of mine. As a result, all my holiday packages were canceled. This situation is a significant error that needs to be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out to inform you that a charge of $[redacted] for an Amazon Prime service was deducted from my card. The card was linked because I used the free trial, which stated I could cancel at any time. However, my account got suspended, and I have been unable to log in ever since to cancel the Amazon Prime subscription. I received a $50 Amazon gift card as a Christmas tip from a customer. She also gave me a small receipt, mentioning it might be needed to activate the card. I kept the receipt in my wallet and thought I placed the card in my lunch box. Unfortunately, when I got home, I couldn't find the card anywhere. I've searched thoroughly in my apartment, car, and work truck with no luck. I still have the little receipt she provided. I'm hoping to find a way to recover the funds. Thank you and merry Christmas.

I spoke with a representative yesterday regarding my missing package. I was assured that a refund would be issued as I wasn't eligible for a replacement. Despite asking multiple times, the representative finally confirmed the refund but rushed me off the phone. I am unhappy with the service I received. I expect better service given the amount of money I spend with your company. I was refunded for one item but still need refunds for the remaining missing items.

I believe someone has been unauthorized access to my Amazon account. Additionally, unauthorized charges have been made on my American Express, Care Credit MasterCard, Costco Visa, and checking account. I sought assistance from an individual named Mike Spencer from Washington State, who claims to work for Amazon. His phone number is [redacted]. Hello, I am writing regarding my account that I have been unable to access since the summer. When I tried logging in, the system indicated that my account was temporarily locked because it detected I was in Omaha, NE instead of my usual location in Oregon. Upon my return home, I attempted to log in again, but I couldn't reset my password as it required email and mobile verification. Despite receiving the emails, the phone number listed for mobile verification was incorrect; it stated it ended in 77 while my number ends in 53. This incorrect phone number on my account is preventing me from logging in. Earlier today, I encountered the same issue with my password, leading to my account being locked once more. Despite contacting customer service previously, the problem persists. I have Amazon gift cards in my account that I would like to use. I recently received order #[redacted]-[redacted] on 12/15/21 but found discrepancies with the remote control in the user manual compared to the one installed on the chair. Despite speaking to Victor at RealRelax and attempting to resolve the issue by sending pictures and manual pages, I discovered that the chair is not suitable for diabetics and does not offer the comfort I was expecting. As a result, I have canceled the purchase and now need guidance on how to return the chair.

I'm following up on an issue I had with an Amazon package delivery. Despite the package confirmation, my items never arrived. When contacting Amazon Customer Service, I encountered a confusing process for verifying my account for a refund. The representative guided me to add an account to my wallet for verification purposes only, assuring no charges would occur. However, after spending an extended 1 1/2 - 2 hours on the phone, I suspect unauthorized purchases were made. I received 3-4 Gift Cards, with $[redacted].00 charged to my credit card. The subsequent call to Amazon was more promising, as the representative assured resolution. With Christmas approaching and an upcoming vacation, I urgently need the $[redacted].00 refunded to my credit card. I am currently outside of Canada and no longer have an active Canadian cell number. I have been attempting to cancel my Btitbox subscription since leaving Canada on December 1st because it is not accessible abroad. I am now in Costa Rica and can be reached at my Costa Rican cell number, +[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to cancel the subscription because I am not receiving the one-time password (OTP) to log in. I usually shop on my tablet but wanted to read from my Amazon Kindle, so I connected it to the tablet where I already had my Amazon account. I was able to access my account without any issues until I tried to purchase a book and suddenly my account was closed. They sent me a message saying an unknown device accessed it, but all my devices were connected to the tablet. What could have happened?
