I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm having trouble with the new sign-in process. I can no longer simply use my email and password to access the site. The requirement to input distorted letters or listen to audio for verification is challenging for me. Unfortunately, I cannot decipher the distorted characters or hear the spoken words. While I understand this is for added security, it's preventing me from shopping and placing orders. As a result, I had to make my last purchase at Walmart instead.

I'm experiencing difficulty when turning pages on my e-reader. I had to replace my Fire 8 as the connector was not functioning properly. The Paperwhite e-reader I have is also having problems with bookmarking pages. I am not satisfied with the quality of this e-reader as it does not operate smoothly in response to commands. Even though it was a gift, I am unsure of what steps to take next. Despite the faulty connector, my Fire tablet performs better than this particular e-reader. I am disappointed with its performance, especially since I solely need it for e-reading purposes.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Amazon account. Following the entry of my email address and password, a prompt requests approval through a notification sent to my cellphone number. However, I am unable to respond as I possess a flip phone which does not allow for tapping links. Consequently, my account is currently on hold. I have spoken to a representative who scheduled a call within 48 hours, but I am eager to regain access to my account promptly. How can I expedite the resolution process with Amazon to log in successfully?

I am frustrated with the delivery service. Unfortunately, my orders are consistently delivered to my elderly neighbors instead of to me, despite having provided specific delivery instructions. Despite complaining to the "concern" team and receiving assurances that it would not happen again, the issue persists. It seems like the drivers are not paying attention to the instructions, and the support team has been unhelpful. The numerous feedback submissions have not resulted in any improvement, and it's disheartening.

I am Lavora Simmons. I bought a coat from Amazon two weeks ago as well as a hat and gloves set. The hat and gloves were delivered, but the coat wasn't. When the delivery man came, he called me to collect the order. On December 19th, at 11:30 am, the maintenance man informed me the package was left outside my door without any notification, contrary to what was promised. Other orders were even left in the lobby of a different building in my complex. This situation is unacceptable, and I need this issue to be resolved.

I tried to buy a refurbished OnePlus 7T and a protection plan. My account got put on hold after the purchase. I already paid for the protection plan ($69.99) but can't buy the phone. I want a refund. I keep sending documents to lift the hold, but I keep getting the same "account on hold" message. Just want a refund now.

I recently placed an order with Amazon Prime. I received only one item yesterday, and to my dismay, two items are missing. Upon checking my Amazon account for delivery information, I discovered that my two missing items are labeled as lost. These items are intended as Christmas presents, and I am feeling quite anxious about their whereabouts. Hello, my name is Aarav Singh. I recently made a purchase on Amazon with order number [redacted]=[redacted]-[redacted] dated 12-12-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. I promptly contacted customer service and was instructed to dispose of the item as they would resolve the issue by 20-12-[redacted]. Despite following their instructions, I was later informed that the product is non-returnable. When the delivery agent finally arrived at my doorstep, he did not answer my calls and left without collecting the damaged item. I will not give up on this matter and am considering taking legal action if necessary.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I am extremely upset. A truck driver tampered with my delivery by placing a piece of cardboard over a tear in the box, revealing significant damage to the air hockey table inside. The deception is evident as there is no way the outer layer could be intact while the item inside is severely damaged. The replacement is not expected until after Christmas, leaving my grandson disappointed and me incredibly frustrated. It's unthinkable that someone would behave so dishonestly. The replacement is scheduled for 12/27, but I urgently need it before Christmas.

I placed an order for $1,[redacted].30 on amazon.ca recently and received items worth $[redacted].00 without any issues. However, when I tried to track the remaining orders, I got locked out of my account due to security measures. I was asked to enter a code sent to an old cell phone number and faced difficulties with password resets and captcha challenges. I bought two Swarovski bracelets from Amazon in the UK in September [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the bracelets broke, but when I reached out to the seller, they mentioned a 30-day warranty only. Swarovski covers items for 2 years, yet the seller asked me to contact Swarovski directly. I sent 3 Amazon gift cards to my daughter, Colleen, in Virginia on December 14, [redacted]. They were received on December 20, [redacted], with the bottom of the envelope slit open and the gift cards missing. The envelope and card were left in her secured mailbox. This is distressing. After searching my Christmas receipts, I found the gift card receipts. I urgently need these 3 cards to be canceled. I aim to have the thief apprehended. How can my daughter receive replacements? I am experiencing trouble accessing my Amazon account. When I try to log in and enter my password, Amazon requests verification by sending a message to my mobile phone for me to tap, which I can't do as my phone is not a smartphone. I am seeking an alternative verification method, like sending it to my email address at [redacted] I attempted to contact customer service, but the representative claimed I don't have an Amazon account. Order number [redacted]. I returned the order to UPS over 30 days ago, following their instructions. UPS lost the package and is currently tracing it. The return was approved, but the credit will only be issued once the return process is complete. I complied with the instructions given to me and returned the item to a UPS store as instructed. Back in June, I placed an order for some items, but the packages did not arrive. Some of the unavailable items were refunded, but later I received another package with my Blink cameras and Fire HD tablet. I had purchased these items on a lightning deal. Despite not receiving a refund for these items, the company has been charging me monthly payments for the cameras. I had agreed to monthly payments only for the tablet, not the cameras. The issue is that I am being charged the full price monthly for the cameras, which were originally part of a lightning deal and were not refunded.

I was initially assured a refund by a third-party seller through Amazon, who even instructed me to keep the stroller. During my recovery from back surgery, they requested photos of the stroller issue, claiming they couldn't view the images properly. Despite my efforts, the process was prolonged until Amazon deemed it too late to proceed. I have evidence of reaching out to Amazon within the 30-day window and the third party acknowledging that a refund was warranted, which I have yet to receive.

Hello! I recently received some items from Amazon that were damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned for a refund. I am hoping Amazon can assist by providing replacements for the damaged products. Both the packaging and the items inside were damaged. Additionally, the shipping box showed signs of being crushed or dropped in transit.

I placed an order for model train accessories on December 17th, with an order number of 11-[redacted]-[redacted]. The items included 2 packages of trees and a roll of road tape. Two days later, I got an email from Amazon saying the road tape was cancelled, which was okay. However, when my order arrived, it also contained 2 model train cars that I didn't order. They are not on my initial order list. Should I return them or keep them?

I noticed a pending charge of $7.99 on our American Airlines Citicard for Amazon Music that my wife did not authorize. Once it posts, I will contact Citibank to dispute it.
