I am trying to track my Prada Havana sunglasses. I have not received any communication regarding my order. If my order is not one of the five remaining, I will cancel it through my bank. I have experienced ongoing problems with my deliveries. Some items are successfully delivered, while others are returned. It seems like the issue might be related to the drivers. My address is clearly displayed in multiple areas and my house is easily identifiable as the only one on the block. Despite this, most of my orders end up being returned. This is particularly frustrating as some of these items were intended as Christmas gifts. Contacting customer service has also been a challenge, adding to my frustration.

I have a pending order awaiting delivery, and despite signing up and paying for Amazon Prime, the website prompts me to join again when I try to access my membership. Hello, I am a French consumer. I am not very proficient in English to explain my problem. I will write to you in French next. I ordered a drill battery from you for a Wirth drill that I received on Saturday morning in perfect condition externally. It fits very well on the drill. It arrived uncharged, so I put it on the original Wurth battery charger. It does not charge; the charger behaves like it does with my original battery that is defective - it blinks from red to green without charging. Could the battery be defective? I bought the Boult Audio BassBuds Storm-X in-Ear Wired Earphones with Mic and Full Metal Body for Extra Bass & HD Sound with Passive Noise Cancellation (Grey) from Amazon on August 13, [redacted]. I attempted to purchase two items, and my initial payment method was declined. I proceeded to use another card to complete the order. Amazon, however, charged a different card without my authorization, resulting in duplicate orders. I demand an immediate cancellation of the duplicate items. I refuse to wait until the seller responds on the 21st. Amazon's unauthorized charges have caused me frustration, and I am considering canceling my prime membership. Kindly issue a refund for the two duplicate orders promptly.

I am seeking assistance with a return for two security systems from Zosi. I was initially disappointed to discover that the newer system does not allow for recording in one-hour segments like my previous [redacted] model. Despite troubleshooting with Zosi's technical support and even receiving a replacement NVR system, the issue persists. The new system generates multiple short files rather than a single one-hour recording, which does not meet my needs. Amazon has agreed to expedite the return process for the replacement system. As a result, I have decided to return both systems to Zosi and will be purchasing a different brand through Amazon. I appreciate any help with facilitating the return process for the second system. I purchased PYD Sublimatable blank tumblers in violet, expecting them to change color in the sun. However, upon receiving my order and printing on them, I discovered they actually change to blue under UV light. This mix-up occurred during shipping. Now, I seek a refund for the incorrect tumblers. Unfortunately, I have already personalized them with artwork through sublimation printing and assembly, making them unsuitable for resale. This error was not indicated on the packaging, so I couldn't have known until later. My request is for a refund without needing to return the items, as they are now unique with my designs on them.

I placed an order on your website on 11-25-[redacted] with a scheduled delivery for 12-12-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed until 12-13-[redacted], but the item has still not arrived. After contacting customer service on 13, I was informed that the item was lost, and that the refund would be processed within 5 to 7 days. The delay in the refund was due to your finance department, which initiated the refund on 12/15/[redacted]. I would like the issue resolved promptly and the refund processed soon. It is important to address these concerns in a timely manner to prevent customers from reconsidering future purchases.

Order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. My order from 2/12 has been canceled three times and still hasn't been dispatched. I recently purchased a desk from IKEA on 20/12 and I'm struggling to cancel the original order for a refund. I've spoken on the phone with Daniel and later with his boss, but they were unhelpful. My money is still being held by them. The seller informed me that there are [redacted] desks in stock at the warehouse, but they are not fulfilling orders. This situation is frustrating.

I never received this order and therefore could not return it. As an Amazon Prime customer, I expected to receive the item the next day after placing the order on December 16, [redacted]. The order total was £8.49, and it was supposed to be dispatched to Jehanger Shariatmadari. The item in question is the ANSMANN AAA Rechargeable Batteries [Pack of 2] with [redacted] mAh NiMH High Capacity. I have initiated the return process, and I am waiting for the refund to be processed once the item is returned. I will track the return and refund status accordingly.

I purchased a pricey and substantial massage chair. Today was the scheduled delivery day, and I expected to receive a text 30 minutes before delivery as mentioned in the notice. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification. Surprisingly, I found out about the delivery through Alexa without any prior warning. The delivery personnel did not even knock on my door but left the $[redacted] massage chair outside my garage. The delivery instructions clearly stated that they should bring it inside the house. I am concerned about the chair being left outside, especially if it had rained. Now I have a large, heavy chair in my garage, and I am unable to move it inside. This experience did not meet my expectations at all.

I placed an order for size 13 wide shoes on November 27th. The item was listed as "Amazon Prime." However, when I received the order on December 18th, I was given size 13 regular instead. I originally paid $39.99 after a $10 coupon was applied. The current price for the shoes is now $45. I kindly request to have the correct size shipped to me without any extra charges. I placed an order, and I keep getting notifications that payment revisions are required. Despite fixing and updating it more than 10 times, the system keeps prompting me to correct it, which I've already done. Initially, my order was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but now I have to wait until Friday due to payment issues. Living in a high-crime neighborhood, I've had multiple packages stolen from my porch. With the latest delivery, I requested the driver to call or knock before leaving the package to ensure someone was present. Unfortunately, this did not happen, leading me to file an incident report about the missing package. Since then, my account has been locked for over two months.
