I requested a refund for my order [redacted]-[redacted] (LG Soundbar) dating back to Dec. 1. I handed the item to a UPS store on Dec. 7. UPS tracking indicates that the product reached your Coppell, TX distribution center by 10 a.m. on Dec. 9. Despite this, I have not seen any confirmation on my order history proving that you have received the item and processed the refund. On Dec. 14, I spoke with an Amazon representative who confirmed the arrival of the item at your distribution center. She was unable to clarify why I have not been receiving any email notifications from Amazon regarding this matter. She did mention that the refund would be processed within 7 days of receipt. Today marks the seventh day, and I have not received any emails or noticed any updates in my account regarding the return and refund status. I am seeking assurance that you have received the item and initiated the refund process. Thank you, Cynthia H.

I purchased 15 items and tracked my order as it went through different states before being delivered to my anchorage address. The issue arose when Amazon used the wrong billing and shipping addresses. After contacting an Amazon representative, two items were canceled, and 2-3 items were refunded. The shipping address was changed to my Florence address; however, the items were mistakenly shipped to my Anchorage home. I received an email warning of potential charges if the duplicate items were not returned. Currently, I am in Florence, AZ, and won't return until early June. I have since reordered directly from the individual companies due to the confusion. This experience has made me hesitant to use Amazon in the future. I shared my ordeal with those around me to advise them to monitor their orders closely. I am disappointed with the service and would appreciate a follow-up call on this matter.

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon and Audible accounts. I originally used [redacted] as my email with phone number [redacted], which I lost. Due to 2-step authentication, I cannot log in. I have created a new Amazon account with the same details but cannot access my paid Audible content. My new contact information is [redacted] and [redacted].

I noticed a charge of $13.77 on my credit card ending in [redacted] on Dec 16, [redacted], at 7:57 am CST. I have not made any purchases from an Amazon seller since Dec 1, [redacted]. I am unable to contact the seller to dispute this charge, as I did not authorize it. I request that the pending payment be halted before it is processed. Additionally, I would like all credit card details removed from my account, and I will input them manually for future transactions.

I recently messaged someone I thought was an Amazon representative as I've been struggling to get through to customer service. The experience was misleading as it initially seemed like a free live chat with the company, only to then mention a charge after I explained the reason for contacting them. This practice doesn’t feel right. It would have been better if it was made clear upfront that there would be a fee involved. I have never come across Amazon charging for interacting with their customer service before.

I ordered an item from Amazon but they didn't provide a shipping date. In frustration, I ordered the same item elsewhere which arrived before the holidays. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't cancel the initial order as Amazon's system kept failing. When I received a shipping email, I called Amazon again to cancel, but was once more informed that I couldn't cancel it. The only option given was to reject the delivery upon arrival. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when the item was delivered, making the whole process very inconvenient due to Amazon's lack of flexibility.

My recent order #[redacted]-[redacted] contained the wrong item. Instead of the Victorinox knife I ordered, I received the fieldmaster knife 1.[redacted]-[redacted]-x2. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload a photo for reference. I purchased 4 items, including the Shuoan braiding hair in black to dark green and black to red. However, the status of my order keeps indicating that payment revision is needed. I am unsure why my bank won't refund the money, and I am eager to receive the hair I ordered without having to make another payment. The delivery has been delayed due to the payment revision, and I was expecting it yesterday. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and receive the hair I purchased without further payment complications.

I purchased 11 chairs back in October via Amazon, but only received one. Despite contacting customer service and a manager, the remaining ten chairs have still not been delivered. I've had issues with Amazon returns and refunds. Items not returned are credited, but items returned are not. When the credit goes to the gift card balance, the amount isn't clear until the next order. I've noticed many errors like this. Some refunds are given but then immediately charged back. I frequently use UPS for returns since I'm 73 and disabled. Lately, I feel like I'm being monitored as refunds used to be instant when UPS scanned the packages. Today, a supervisor was rude on the phone, claiming she couldn't hear me. Around the same time, I received two suspicious international calls labeled as spam. This is very unusual for me, and I trust my instincts.

Frustrated with the puzzle, I just want to buy and pay for my item without any hassle. The pieces don't match, and I don't want to join or create anything; I simply want to pay for my order. Yesterday, I discovered a package with a book for my grandson near my mailbox in the rain. Although the tracking status indicates that it was handed directly to a resident, it was left outside and got wet, resulting in the book being damp and the front corner bent. I didn't receive any delivery notification, and this situation is not satisfactory. I kindly request the charge to be removed from my Visa card, and I would appreciate receiving a new copy of the book. The book in question is The Walking Dead, Compendium Three with item number [redacted]. I still have the original box. Thank you.

Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted], I was unavailable during the delivery attempt for the kitchen knives that require a signature. I attempted to re-track the order by providing my phone number a week ago but have not received any updates. I will be away from the delivery address soon for 24 hours but urgently need the items, especially the Abba CD that doesn't need identification. I recently made a purchase on Amazon, and all my orders went through smoothly. However, there seems to be an issue with one item missing or not being shipped, and two out of the three watches I ordered are missing the clock. I have been charged for these items, but now Amazon wants to suspend my account, claiming an issue with a card ending in [redacted]. Every time I order from Amazon, I never receive my packages. I even tried to purchase through Klarna and my order was declined. I don't understand why the option to use my bank account was given only to have it denied. I am trying to prepare for Christmas with my children, but all my orders, even from other websites, get declined by Amazon. This situation is distressing because the money is available in my bank account, and there are no issues with it. It feels like I am being singled out due to a past banking problem. I need to know who I should contact about this targeting, as I don't want to repeat past issues. I am frustrated and will no longer shop on Amazon or through any site connected to them. I encountered an issue with a hold on my account post ordering Christmas presents. An email explained the hold due to unusual activity. My Amazon account ([redacted]) linked to our family's photos, children's tablets, and our entire home Alexa setup was closed due to "someone fraudulently accessing the account and making purchases." I made gift card purchases that were not fraudulent. The account was locked, but after calling, it was unlocked. A call center employee suggested providing the card number I would use for a purchase to prevent flagging, but despite this, the account was flagged again. The only response I receive is an automated email stating that the account has been closed.

After experiencing a computer hack, I lost all my information, including passwords, and am unable to log in to Amazon.ca or my gmail account. I have switched browsers, but encountered issues setting up temporary access to my favorite sites, including Amazon.ca. I am unable to reinstate my primary email account on Gmail associated with Amazon, and my iCloud account details are not on record. I urgently need to reset my Gmail password to proceed with ordering merchandise currently in my cart on Amazon. Thank you for your assistance with reinstating access to my accounts promptly. Every time I attempt to log in to my account, a message pops up saying I need to go to my email to authorize my access to my Amazon account. This frustrates me. I wish Amazon would stop this process. If my password matches my username, they should recognize it's me. I am annoyed by the additional steps Amazon is adding to access my account. Just my password and username should suffice.
