I reside in a rural part of Texas. Recently, I've noticed that Amazon frequently utilizes the USPS for delivering my orders. Lately, it has become a common occurrence for the Post Office to hold larger packages at their facility rather than delivering them directly to my doorstep. I find it inconvenient to have to travel 13 miles to the post office each time I need to pick up a package, as it defeats the purpose of online shopping for home delivery. I am considering if it would be feasible to exclusively use FedEx or UPS for my deliveries, as they are already operating in my vicinity daily and consistently fulfill their delivery commitments.

I ordered an easel which has not arrived yet. I was told it might be lost and was denied the option to cancel the order. The only offer made was to refund the order, which means I might receive nothing if it is lost. To make sure I get it by Christmas, I have to reorder. If the original never comes, I'll end up with two charges but only one item. I'm in need of a more satisfactory resolution than what was offered initially.

I noticed a charge on my account for an item I had already paid for. I received an email regarding the return of the item, which was not my intention. Despite this, the payment was still deducted from my account causing an overdraft fee. I am requesting a refund of the overcharged amount and the $35 fee imposed by my bank. I would like to discuss this matter with a representative promptly.

I've been trying to get a return slip for a week now to send back a pair of cffvdiz jeans I ordered through Amazon. The slip they sent wasn't accepted by UPS for the return. I'm having an issue with a seller regarding a return and refund. Initially, they offered a discount for me to keep the item, but then they asked for the return. I sent it back, but they refused the package and it was returned to me by UPS. Now, they want me to resend it, and they are not willing to cover the shipping costs I already paid. I noticed a shipping charge of $10.83 on my order from December 2, totaling $[redacted].15. Typically, orders over $25 qualify for free shipping, so I'm unsure why I was charged. I recently ordered the Lego Star Wars Mandalorian Starfighter, but instead, I received the Lego Mandalorian The Child kit. After reaching out to customer service through Amazon, they sent me the correct Lego Starfighter. However, I am having trouble returning the incorrect Lego Child kit. The return process keeps referencing the Starfighter instead of the Child kit. I received steps for the return, but they are inaccurate. They also provided me with a QR Code label, which I am unsure how to utilize. I could use some assistance with returning the item to ensure that the correct product is processed. Thank you.

I was assured by two different customer service representatives that they would send emails to [redacted], but I have not received either of them. I am looking to return the used earbuds I purchased because they were not in the condition described. The earbuds have ear wax and hair on them which is quite unpleasant. Despite being advertised as in "EXCELLENT CONDITION", they clearly were not. Customer Service has approved an in-store refund at Walmart, and I am eagerly waiting for the email containing the receipt needed for the return.

I have not received my three packages yet. The tracking information shows they were delivered on Wednesday, December 8th, and handed to me, but this did not happen. I spoke to customer service through live chat, and they informed me that my packages were misscanned, causing a mix-up. I have been asked to wait until the end of the day on Friday, the 10th, to see if the packages show up. If they do not arrive, I will be away from home starting on the 13th and will require a refund. Will I receive an email with the expected delivery time if the packages are located?

I've just started using the Amazon app. As a new user, I was supposed to receive a $15 credit for my first app order and another $15 for my second order. I received the credit for the first order, but not for the second one. I spoke with customer representative Nikita, who assured me that she added a promotional $15 credit to my account, even though I couldn't see it. She mentioned that the credit would be applied automatically during checkout on my next app order. However, when I tried to place an order for Forte tea last night, the credit didn't show up. I recently noticed Amazon has been charging me for two accounts - mine and my mother's - for at least two years. They deduct $14 for my Prime membership and the next day another $14. Besides the double charge, they are also withdrawing money from my mother's account. It seems like we are being billed for two additional accounts. I want this issue fixed immediately. I expect reimbursement for the past two years of overcharging.

I recently reached out for assistance regarding a suspicious email claiming to be from Amazon. A phone number was provided, and following a call to that number, we were informed of possible fraudulent activity on our account with numerous unauthorized charges and multiple users linked to it. They requested extensive personal information that raised our concerns. I am urgently requesting a call from Amazon to verify the security of my account. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I noticed that the item displayed in the "Order Details" section is different from the one I actually purchased. The correct item I ordered is a wall mount installation kit with an elbow connector containing male NPT threads on both ends. However, the item listed in the order details has a male to female connection, which is not suitable for my needs. The photo displayed on the order details page matches the item I want. Can you please verify that you will be sending me the correct item that I initially ordered and not the one linked to this order? Ray C.

Order Tracking #[redacted][redacted][redacted] was supposed to be delivered to me via USPS, but there has been a delay in delivery. After visiting the post office on Tuesday, 12/7/21, I was informed that the item was not there and would be delivered later that day, which didn't happen. Despite the correct shipping address, the package has not arrived as of 6:25 pm on 12/9/21. This is my first time using USPS as a carrier for an Amazon order, and I am disappointed with the experience. I've decided to cancel the order and request a refund promptly.

I received a phone call today around 2:20 pm regarding a charge of $1,[redacted].30 on my account for 1 Apple iPad and 1 Apple computer. The call came from a local number in my area, [redacted]. The caller instructed me to press 1 to speak to someone or 2 to cancel the order scheduled for delivery on December 10th, [redacted]. Upon checking my recent orders on the website, I did not find any such purchase. I am aware that this is a scam, but I wanted to alert Amazon to this issue. A while back, I noticed some strange activity on my Amazon account, with the shipping address changed to a location I didn't recognize, possibly in Puerto Rico. Although no orders appeared in my history, there seems to be a purchase associated with this mystery address that has now put a hold on my account. I've tried to provide documentation to resolve this issue, but as I didn't make this purchase, the hold remains. I now need to reach out to Amazon to discuss removing the hold or resetting my account for security.

A few years back, I purchased a Kindle Fire 10 from Amazon, and recently, I faced a recurring issue with a loose charging port. After sending it for repairs, I received the device with a different sign-in information, although I could still access Amazon Prime and shop. I purchased a candle wick set, Harry Potter cups, and an electric lighter that were delivered on Sunday, December 5th. However, we did not receive the package. Today, we were also expecting a credenza that was marked as delivered and handed to the homeowner, but we did not receive it either. We urgently need to get in touch with someone to ensure we receive these items promptly as they are Christmas gifts.
