I expressed my disappointment with the terrible service from Amazon in a review which was later denied as I was directed to post it elsewhere. Despite my efforts, I could only manage to leave seller feedback on a few items I purchased, excluding the one I initially reviewed. I am confused as to why I was sent to a non-existent location to post my feedback. I am seeking resolution for my original order, particularly for the 30-ounce Tervis Tumbler with the UF logo at the original price. I've reached out to customer service and was assured of a credit on my account, but no further progress has been made. I am concerned about three of my orders being canceled unexpectedly, especially since these items were intended to be Christmas gifts. It is crucial that I am able to receive them promptly. Unfortunately, I cannot reorder them as the cost hasn't been refunded yet. I used a Visa gift card for the purchase, and I am worried it might not refund properly. I bought a $50 Amazon gift card, but when I tried to redeem it on my phone, it said the card had already been redeemed. I took the card back to Racetrac where I purchased it. The manager informed me they needed to call to get reimbursed, so I left the card and receipt with them to resolve the issue. However, I have not received any response yet. It's concerning that the card I just purchased with a new revealed code has already been redeemed, and the balance is showing as 0 when the managers checked.

I was expecting a delivery of two packages with three items each today before 10 PM. When I checked at 1 PM, I found one package and realized it wasn't my twin grandsons' lunch boxes that I ordered. I monitored the tracking information throughout the day and it kept saying the delivery was on its way without specifying the two packages. Even when I checked again from 5 PM until 1:30 AM, it only mentioned a delay and a few more stops for the driver. It finally claimed the delivery was made around 11:23 PM, but no package was at my house when I arrived at 1 AM. I haven't opened the package to allow the driver to verify the missing items. I need Amazon to investigate and inform me promptly or arrange to pick up the packages and refund me. Perhaps Amazon should adopt a practice like FedEx's photo confirmation upon delivery. Order # [redacted]-[redacted]: I purchased various items with this order number. Unfortunately, the Beurer [redacted].02 BC32 Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor (Black) I received was not accurate. After contacting customer support on Dec 02, [redacted], the representative acknowledged my issue, even though the item was past the 7-day replacement window. They promised a refund and arranged a pick-up on Dec 04, [redacted], with the refund to go into my Amazon wallet. However, days have passed, and no action has been taken. I feel let down by Amazon. Contrarily, I had a smooth experience returning the BC30 model previously. I seek prompt assistance with this matter.

I have been offered a free trial for a month of Amazon Prime, and I am interested in subscribing. However, I am currently using a Visa credit card that is a secondary card linked to my son's primary account. I recently moved to Northern Ireland and do not have a credit rating yet to get my own card, despite having a long history of trouble-free banking in South Africa. Repeated attempts to reset my password only lead me back to the OTP request loop. I am deeply troubled by the lack of progress and the perceived inconvenience caused by Amazon's security measures. I implore the necessary team to promptly disable 2-step verification and grant me access to my account, which I have maintained for over a decade. I am seeking a replacement for my recent order #[redacted]-[redacted] of Nulo Frontrunner Dry Dog Food for Adult Dog. Unfortunately, the package was left on my front porch in a thin white bag, which led to coyotes getting into it and consuming the contents, leaving me with only a torn bag. In previous deliveries, the dog food came in a sturdy cardboard box, which prevented this issue. As this is a recurring purchase, I kindly request that the replacement product be shipped in a cardboard box for safety. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I tried to return the ASICS Women's Gel-Kayano 27 Running Shoes, size 7.5 in French Blue/Champagne yesterday via your website. However, after reaching the point of printing the USPS shipping label, the site crashed. Today, when I tried to resume the return process, I'm being asked to cover the return shipping cost. The shoes are defective. We bought a second pair of the same size and model for my wife in a darker color for daily wear. Despite the images on the website showing the same shoe profile, the new pair has a sole that is 3/8 inch narrower, making the toe box uncomfortably tight. The original pair fits perfectly. As this seems to be a defect in the product, we believe we should not have to bear the postage cost for returning the item.

I placed an order for white tag gun barbs (2 boxes) for my workplace on November 29. As of December 8, the package has not arrived, and the tracking information simply states "on its way." I was expecting a delivery yesterday, December 7, according to Amazon's website it should have arrived by 10 PM. Unfortunately, I received an email after 10 PM stating the delivery was delayed until today or later. Oddly, the package went from Fife to Lakewood, completely in the wrong direction. It's frustrating that the package was misdirected, causing me to wait longer than expected. I would appreciate a full refund of the shipping cost, as the delivery did not arrive on the promised day.

My BLINK app on my phone was automatically logged out, and upon logging back in, it prompted me for a pin code via text message. Unfortunately, the phone number for this code is incorrect and I have not received it. Despite spending 2 hours on the website attempting to resolve this issue and confirming my phone number on Amazon, I still faced challenges. Following a one-hour conversation with two customer service representatives, I was eventually directed to contact BLINK customer support. After enduring a 20-minute hold, I was led to a voicemail. I am puzzled as to why a secondary authentication via cell phone is necessary for access to the Blink app. It would be more convenient to have the option to receive the code via email for security purposes, as most other companies offer. This situation is frustrating.

I received only $19 from 15 promotional credit emails, but my Amazon account shows only $2.05 in digital rewards. I spoke with three customer representatives, and the last one mentioned sending me a correction email, which I have not received after 4 hours. I asked all three reps for Amazon's email address to send the 15 email screenshots showing the $19 balance, but none provided it. The lack of transparency for Amazon Prime members regarding the visibility of digital promo credit rewards raises concerns about potential fraudulent activity. It seems Amazon does not allow members to view their earned rewards easily, as my rewards page only shows $2.05, which is inaccurate and does not reflect the 13 previous orders made before December. Amazon notifies customers when rewards are received but not when they are spent, leading to confusion. This is the third time this issue has occurred, and in the past, Amazon offered to deduct the promo rewards amount from my next purchase without it being in digital form. However, the email clearly states it is a digital reward for services like renting a movie or downloading a song. The lack of transparency and consistency in how rewards are handled is frustrating and misleading.
