I was expecting my package to arrive today, but when I checked the tracking, it says there was an attempted delivery. I didn't see any attempt made, and my parents received their Amazon packages today. I am frustrated because the automated customer service initially said it would arrive by 8, but now it's stating December 15. I am quite displeased with this situation.

I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account using my email [redacted] because it's tied to my old phone number. I can't log in without phone approval. I made a new account with my current number [redacted] but now I can't access Amazon Prime with my student email since it's linked to the old account.

I have had to repeatedly update my card information on my orders. I successfully added a new card for one item, but unfortunately, the payment did not go through for the other four items. On Monday, the 6th, I visited the Shell garage on the A45 in Northampton. I noticed seven Amazon vans filling up, and although I don't mind that, my concern is that none of the drivers were wearing masks inside the garage, despite the mandatory sign. I understand they may not need to wear one while outside working hard on the road. However, when I politely asked one driver about their mask, I was rudely told to leave. Thankfully, I was in a good mood. I recorded the incident but prefer not to share it on social media. I appreciate the Amazon brand and will continue to buy from them, but some training on current COVID regulations for drivers would be beneficial to avoid tarnishing the brand's reputation. I'm not seeking revenge or to get anyone in trouble. -Paul A.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe versucht, mein Türschloss über Sprachsteuerung zu bedienen. Ich habe Zutrittsberechtigungen erteilt und in der Alexa-App auch eine Pin festgelegt. Allerdings, wenn ich den Sprachbefehl gebe, fragt mich Alexa nach der Pin. Nach Eingabe der Pin erhalte ich die Meldung: "Etwas ist schiefgelaufen und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob aufgeschlossen wurde." Was könnte ich falsch machen?

I received a call from 1-[redacted] stating that there was a $1,[redacted].00 purchase made using my account on order AMZ0987, and my account has been frozen. I have received all my orders from Amazon and am unsure if this is a scam or if someone is fraudulently using my account. Can you please investigate this matter and provide me with more information? I was in the process of ordering a cookbook, and after going through the steps, I expected to receive a confirmation email. However, I encountered a situation where the website showed a previous order that was unavailable, prompting me to reorder, which I did assuming the product was now in stock. The order went through, but later it indicated the item was still unavailable and mentioned that I would receive an email once it was shipped. When I tried to check my orders, I noticed the cookbook was missing, and now I am unable to log in. The site keeps displaying an internal problem message. I am concerned about this issue as all I want is to ensure I receive the cookbook in time for Christmas, as it is intended as a gift.

My Amazon account got suspended right after making some orders. Upon receiving a notification of possible order hold, I followed their instructions to upload a billing statement containing my name, address, and last 4 digits of my account. Unfortunately, the automated system was unable to verify my details. I requested a family member to place the same orders as I thought my account was permanently suspended. Now, I am in a situation where I will receive double the items I ordered because I've begun receiving shipping notifications. This duplicity is causing me to lose money unnecessarily.

Last night, I contacted customer service to check on my canceled order, which included Queen size sheets and Elizabeth Arden 5th Ave body lotion. I was having trouble understanding the representative and was getting frustrated. I just want an update on when I will receive my $64.17 refund. I am having trouble accessing my account as I have not changed my password recently. I tried to reset my password, but encountered an error message. I tried to return an item and got an authorization code [DtVcJZR8RRMA] and a UPS tracking number [1Z81E87A[redacted]], but I didn't receive the UPS label. The email instructions mentioned UPS would provide the return label, but the UPS driver said Amazon should provide it. I need the correct UPS label sent via email for the return.

I purchased a Cove Security system from Amazon three months ago, but my order arrived with missing items. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to return the incomplete unit for a replacement. I reside in a condominium complex, and we recently discovered two packages in our building's mail room hidden behind a bucket of salt. Unfortunately, one package has been opened, and its contents are missing. The delivery address on the package is in Brookfield, WI, while I live in West Bend, WI. The second package has a West Bend, WI address, but it is located several blocks away from my residence. We can provide the tracking numbers as needed. I have yet to receive my order of 2 electric racing track sets that were marked as delivered on December 3 at 2:18 PM. Despite being home all day, the packages never arrived. Upon contacting Amazon on December 3 at 9 PM, I was informed that the items were misrouted and would be delivered on December 4. After following up with the auto answering service instructing me to wait 48 hours, I called back on December 6 and was advised to wait until the end of the day. Unfortunately, when attempting to contact them today, I was greeted with a phone line that was out of service and I have been unable to reach anyone due to a system issue.
