Order# [redacted]-[redacted]: The address provided was correct when the product was ordered: "Address information: JC Condon RING BELL OF # [redacted] DO NOT LEAVE AT LEASING OFFICE [redacted] W PEORIA AVE APT [redacted] PEORIA, AZ 85[redacted]." I believe the package may have been delivered to [redacted] West Peoria instead of [redacted] West Peoria. This error might be due to dyslexia. The proof of delivery picture displays a white delivery box that does not exist at my apartment complex, but instead shows a location one block away. I am familiar with the delivery boxes from a previous issue with FEDEX. Typically, my light green front door is shown in proof of delivery pictures. Every package from Amazon Prime includes the notation: RING BELL OF # [redacted] DO NOT LEAVE AT LEASING OFFICE. I have contacted The Moxie Apartments at the address where the package was wrongly delivered, and they have not located the package. I have left my phone number with them. The driver, possibly due to a momentary issue like dyslexia, delivered the package to the wrong address despite specific instructions to deliver to the door and ring the bell. I kindly request a refund.

I have encountered two recent incidents involving an Amazon delivery driver in a white van playing loud music. Our community has noise regulations, and both times the noise from the van disturbed the peace while making deliveries. The first incident occurred on Nov 21 at 6pm with the van registered in Illinois with plate number [redacted]. The second incident happened on Nov 30 at 5pm with the Minnesota registered white van bearing plate number DGY [redacted]. As a long-time Amazon customer and Prime member, as well as a board member at Towne Park community, I find this behavior unacceptable. I confronted the driver during the first incident, but he only turned down the radio temporarily. In the recent encounter, the driver was confrontational and insisted on his "rights" to play loud music. Despite his claims, our city and community have strict noise ordinances that he is violating. I urge Amazon to remind the driver to respect our community regulations and not disturb the peace with loud music during deliveries, or assign more considerate drivers to our area. Kind regards, H. I recently discovered that my payment method was unexpectedly changed to my Amazon credit card without my knowledge. This resulted in three orders being charged to the credit card instead of my usual bank card. I realized this when I received a late payment notification from my credit card company. I am typically diligent about using my bank card for orders, so I am quite frustrated by this situation and the resulting late fee.

I canceled my Amazon Prime membership in September. I recently observed charges of $8.99 for both October and November on my account. Additionally, on November 23rd, there was a charge of $4.99, followed by a pending charge on November 28th. I am seeking assistance with obtaining refunds for October and November [redacted], totaling $8.99 for each month. I do not wish to subscribe to any additional services; I simply want the refund processed without enrolling in any new services.

During a landline phone call, there was an unexpected interruption where someone claimed to be from Amazon. They mentioned a potentially fraudulent $[redacted]+ purchase in the name of my wife, instructing me to call a provided number if I hadn't authorized it. The call swiftly returned to the original person post-intrusion. The incident happened on December 11, [redacted], around 4 pm PST via our landline phone, which connects to two other lines through Bluetooth. It's possible that someone was intercepting calls in the area using a mobile device, indicating a sophisticated system targeting Amazon clientele. Order #: [redacted]-[redacted] I requested a full refund for three items in my order. However, I have only been reimbursed for two of the 10 knob items. I am still waiting for a refund for the remaining 20 knob item. I notified you about this issue on October 11, [redacted], and have not seen any progress. Please process the $19.99 reimbursement promptly. I find it disappointing that Amazon has made this error, and I expect better service as a loyal customer.

My account is currently on hold. I have contacted customer service twice and provided my name, address, and email information. After this, I received an email from Amazon requesting to verify my billing details due to a DVD order I placed using my account, which has not arrived yet. However, I have never used this card before, so I am unsure how to proceed. I have messaged them about this concern but received only automated responses. I simply wish to cancel my Amazon Prime account as my free trial is ending soon, and I am okay with canceling my pending order as well.

Hello! I am unable to access my account. When I try to login and enter my password, it prompts me to change it and use an OTP. Upon receiving the OTP and entering it, I receive an error message stating: "Too many failed attempts and the request is blocked." I am trying to cancel my Prime subscription as I no longer wish to use it, but I am unable to do so without accessing my account. It's frustrating to be charged for something I am not using. I've been attempting to purchase a single item for the past four hours. Initially, I tried to access my account at [redacted] However, I encountered issues with the OTP verification process which resulted in continuous redirects and failures. After resetting my password, I was able to log in successfully. But when I tried to make a purchase, my order was immediately cancelled. Despite multiple attempts, my orders were repeatedly cancelled, leading to the suspension of my account without explanation. I am extremely frustrated and seek a prompt resolution to this matter.

Today, someone came to install my LG washing machine from Amazon. Unfortunately, the installer seemed to lack knowledge and repeatedly moved the machine around without making much progress. I attempted to provide the happy customer code amidst his confusion, but eventually had to let him finish on his own as I had a meeting to attend. To my dismay, after he left, we discovered that he had only plugged in the machine and done nothing else - there was no drainage set up. I've been trying to contact customer care for an hour now, but have been unable to get through. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I wish to address an issue with the purchase of the Medline Rollator (Order: [redacted]-[redacted]) on 11/30. The item arrived, but upon attempting to assemble it, my son and I found it too heavy for my needs due to recent health concerns. I require a lighter, more portable option for transportation to various appointments as I no longer drive. The product's description and reviews were misleading, and nowhere during the purchase was it stated that the item was non-returnable. Subsequently, I ordered a HeathSmart rollator (Order: [redacted]-[redacted]) that better suits my requirements. When I tried to return the Medline Rollator, I was informed that it was not eligible for returns, to my surprise. The product remains unopened in its original packaging. Dear Customer Support, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the seller "Appario Retail Private Ltd" regarding a recent purchase. I bought the Fire-Boltt SpO2 Full Touch 1.4 inch Smart Watch from AMAZON on August 12, [redacted], under order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the watch stopped working after just 10 days. I went through the process of filling out a complaint form and following up for 10-15 days until a pickup was scheduled to send the watch back for replacement/repair. Upon receiving the watch back from the courier company after 15-20 days, it still did not function. The extra cheddar blast goldfish I ordered arrived, but the packages were all damaged, leaving nothing but crumbs in the bags. I am very disappointed with this product and would like a refund. This experience has made me hesitant about ordering similar items from Amazon in the future. My grandson loves these crackers, and it was disheartening to see them in such a state when I opened the package.

When browsing through the "Products related to this item" section and selecting an item to view, I face frustration when using the back arrow. After exploring an item on, for example, page 16 out of [redacted] and deciding it is not suitable, pressing the back arrow should return me to page 16, not page 1. This issue also occurs in the "4 stars or above" and "Make it a bundle" lists.

I sent back the THE GYM PEOPLE High Waist Yoga Pants in Black – size Medium on October 11 with other items for return. Upon returning, Amazon confirmed they received the package. Recently, I got an email stating they did not receive the yoga pants and will charge me. I returned them at a UPS store and have the drop-off confirmation.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted]: My package, which included a kitchen scale and two packets of Ink Joy pens, was delivered on November 5. Unfortunately, it was left outside my front door and later brought inside by a neighbor, who left it unattended on a table. Upon returning, I found the package had been opened and the contents were missing. I reported the incident to Amazon on November 6 but have not heard back or received a replacement. I am currently receiving Social Security Disability benefits and have been struggling with the long-lasting effects of COVID-19. This has impacted my ability to work and my income severely. I need to process a return through Amazon because I received the wrong item. When I tried to print the return label, I encountered issues and sought help at a local business. The representative suggested I provide her email address for the label to be forwarded. However, as the label has already been sent to my phone, I can't have it emailed to her.
